February 2022 Order - NO VIN

Still no email from Ford. At this point I'm contemplating canceling my MY22 order and placing a MY23 one for a couple of reasons. First, I wouldn't get my truck by the time 23s start rolling out, so I would already have a "year old" truck. I tend to keep vehicles for a long time, so that's not a huge deal. Second, I like the MY23 color options better. Again, that's not a huge deal, but if I'm waiting a year plus for a new truck, I might as well get a color I really like. I need to figure out just how much extra it will cost - that might be the deciding factor.

You should be at the same Price Level as me. I figured it to be ~$4k difference to reorder and lose price protection.

An alternative is to see if your dealer can move you down in priority and/or add options that you know won't get picked up (i.e., tonneau cover, wheel well liners?); the idea being you will likely receive a PCO to offset some/most of the difference. You'll have to wait a bit longer, but Ford would supposedly prioritize you over others who did not also have a MY22 order that didn't get picked up.

I am wondering if the 23's will get things added back yet like Sirius, Nav, etc. My guess is not, and I have not heard yet (I dont think the order guides detail this info).
 
Know your priority code? I’m still 17. Really wish they would use some of their stock allocation to get retail orders out.
I am a priority code 2. I was a 17 and was bumped down and have been sitting unscheduled clean since May. Unless I get scheduled in the next couple weeks I don't see it being built in MY 22.

Yikes. Doesn’t inspire confidence. If I had to do it all over again I would go with grainger. I only went with Chapman because they are so close.

Look on the bright side - maybe ford will give us a PCO to save a few thousand when bumped to 2023. I’m not hopefully in having it any time in the near future.

Yea... doesn't look promising. I had quotes with both dealers and went with Chapman due to location, too. Sad part is, I had a PCO and Chapman confirmed my order on the last day it was valid. I asked about it after the order and was told they didn't think the PCO could be applied to the Tremor... even though Granger said it could be. So there's a possibility I won't get the price protection or be able to apply my $3k PCO..... :mad:

I havent heard of the Tremor being excluded from PCOs or other pricing/incentives, just ST models like the Raptor. Then again, Ford allows it dealers to do whatever they want and choose to/not participate in any pricing they want. Look at how many dealers were not doing A/Z/X plan pricing. I even had a dealer stop honoring a commercial pricing agreement for fleet purchases this year while it was still valid with Ford.

If I wasnt already scheduled for the last week of Aug. at this point I think I would be hoping to get rolled to a '23 and hoping to get some things added back like Sirius and Nav (I dont personally use those things but I feel like resale without those will be a bigger hit than the $200 credit Ford is giving). The only reason to not hope for being pushed out further is if you have a vehicle you need to sale/trade at the time your truck comes in, and odds are the prices for used vehicles is going to start dropping faster.

When I picked mine up my sales guy and the finance department spend a good 20 minutes looking for incentives or other deals, everything they found excluded the Tremor.
 
My build week was pushed from 8/15 to 8/22. Does anyone know when production of MY22 ends and MY23 starts?
 
Anyone on here having the same bad luck I am? Ordered 2/12/22 has yet to be picked up by ford and no VIN as of yet.. ordered black 402a no BO unleashed, no sun roof, with torsen front.

Anyone else having same issues with February order date or earlier?
Where did you order from? Just curious what dealer?
 
Still waiting. Build week was pushed to the end of September. At this point I almost rather get a mY 2023
 
No VIN here. All I've received from Ford is the "Sorry it's taking so long" email. I wish there was a way to roll it into MY23, but my understanding is that's not possible.
Who said thats not possible? I dont think anyone knows yet. Once Ford runs out of room for 22's then they (Ford, not dealers) will decide what to do with 22 orders they havent fulfilled, and as far as I know they have not issued anything in regards to that yet. Even though I have a VIN and a build date of 9/26, I have my doubts Ford will actually get it done before they switch the line to 23's.
