Hello there,
Unfortunately you heard misinformation, they were not pulled from production or sales. We have them out of stock, we didn't want to have a customer wait 10 weeks for products, so we waited until we had the products in hand to sell. Elka is working on their end to constantly improve. While the failures are not common, they have been investigating the reported broken shock to find out what happened. Unfortunately, we do not get much in the way of updates in their process of this. You are welcome to give ELKA a call and see if they can provide any updated information regarding this issue.
