Order track app updated last night, my truck is now awaiting shipment! Finally some progress!

It sure is getting hard to wait on this truck. I keep seeing people post their built status from orders they placed this year while most of us put in our order in October or November of last year. I am glad that at least a couple of the guys from Jan 10th have gotten built status.

Just chatted with ford and they continue to tell me there is not a hold and it is "In Production" ETA May 3-9. Has been "In Production" since 1/16 so 76 days.

Well I finally got some good news. I got the activate button on Friday 4/1 and got a built email from ford today 4/2. There is a ETA of 4/10-4/16. When it finally shows up I’ll believe it. I’m just hoping they finally got it right and everyone from this week can finally start getting their trucks.

Another week gone by...

I really thought that by the end of March we would see more action. Especially when I see all the 30+ day delivery estimates once trucks are built. I think the few people in this thread that have got shipped emails, had them revised with delivery dates of early to the mid May?

My delivery estimate was pushed to May 12th due to the chip hold... I never thought it would take that long! But now I wonder if it will arrive by then? (If I call and talk to Ford Marketing, May 12th is still the date they relay to me however.)

@ChsTremor, did you ever start a twitter campaign?

I never did. Honestly been trying the “watched pot never boils” method and didn’t check the tracker yesterday. It doesn’t work.

There is a tracker on this site. I would think it could be exported to excel and sorted. Not sure if everyone on this build week is in there though

My weekly Sunday update. Window sticker stayed the same other than the bottom date is 04/03/2022. Nothing has changed on the Module Build Tracker and my Ford Pass App is still dormant. Snooped around the dealers for something. Nothing I want unless I want to pay a $40K mark up on a TRX or a $30K on a Raptor. Found a SuperDuty I liked, 2022 Platinum, Powerstroke with a 4" BDS lift for $119K

Got a call from my dealer this morning. He told me they were notified that my truck will be delivered this month. It still shows "In Production" on my online Ford status tracker and I've not received a "Shipped" email from Ford at this point. My revised estimated delivery date was 5/24 so it seems I'm 4-6 weeks ahead of that. He also indicated that Ford gave me some sort of customer cash but did not know how much. Additionally he confirmed that a spray in bed liner did add to the delay in my production. His dealership is currently telling customers not to add it to their orders to expedite delivery.

Promising news. If mine was to deliver a month ahead if the estimated date, that would be tomorrow.

That is good news for all of us.

Really odd what he said about the spray in liner. I’m the same production week as you and if you notice, my spray in liner was released to the body company and back to the plant within 1 day for the spray in liner.

Then off to chip hold / purgatory.

I guess that doesn’t mean it was the same for everyone. But weird it would delay one and not another.

It’s official. We could have ordered a truck after the chip hold started and possibly got it delivered quicker than waiting for your original order!

(I Understand that some people ordered before this though and are still waiting patiently for a VIN. Sorry @Bannerman!)

Ya, I think you hit the nail on the head. The guys that get theirs quicker are most likely ordering from a dealer who is not filling their allocations each month.

It is frustrating! That order was shipped almost as fast as the legendary @Mama Tried !

Fingers crossed for you to get a VIN soon though! I know this has been a long time waiting...

I'm not so sure.....the dealer I ordered from is small and kind of in the middle of nowhere. Definitely not a high volume dealer. I ordered 12/23 and still have no VIN.

Haha thats very true, but these guys definitely are not high volume. There might be a handful customer orders right now, and mine is the first and only Tremor they've ever ordered.
