I've never had an issue when driving my dad's AT4, but I own so many sunglasses who knows if I was in fact wearing polarized ones or not any of the times I drove it. I would have to imagine at least one or two times I was wearing polarized sunglasses haha.
Polarized sunglasses will also make it harder to look at an LCD screen as well. It's not going to completely make it invisible to you but instead of just looking at one and it being darker it makes it seem as if you're looking at it through some kind of distortion filter. You can check that out by trying to look at your cellphone screen to test it out. If the screen just seems darker then the glasses are most likely non polarized lenses.

depends on the construction of the screen too. Most have filters oriented in a way that makes them viewable even with polarized glasses. Good way to check if sunglasses are polarized is to take a known pair and hold the other pair perpendicular. Should look way darker than when they’re in same plane. As mentioned it’s not necessarily invisible just harder to see. BMWs are rough and corvettes are probably the worst when it comes to HUDs/polarized glasses.

The heads up is the only thing I wish I had but that's not enough to spend $80k. For those that want a heated steering wheel, they did bring that back.
F150 LEDs has an aftermarket one for $199. Looks pretty good!
