Should torsen be listed on the window sticker ??

The 402A package already has a hi-lock differential and can say that it has performed brilliantly in deep snow with OEM tires and the traction modes.

So far I haven't tried to rock crawl or do serious off-roading, but have not yet run into a situation where my non-torsen equipped truck has needed anything more.

That said, if I hadn't bought the truck off the dealer lot, I would have included the Torsen just because why not for $500. I would not have as much confidence with a dealer installation, unless that was a very easy bolt on part replacement.

They are not so confident in doing it from what i could tell

I would reorder the truck “I WANTED“ to begin with. 65k and not exactly what I wanted….. I don’t think so! But you may not be able to wait?

Need the truck for work more than i need the torsen tbh

Got them to throw in LINER-TRAY STYLE-W/CARPET MAT and discount on bedliner- price change of about 2k cheaper now after removing torsen and discount of the paperwork-plus they said they will discount other ford accessories if i was to order

sound like a good outcome to me, I certainly wouldn't want a Ford dealer adding a Torsen afterwards (just don't trust them with things like that). If you have a good off road shop that does re-gears on trucks regularly then that would be better but either way it costs a lot and you probably don't really need it.....just a shame that it is such a deal from the factory

Thank you , would love all the original options i ordered but doesn't make sense in putting more money in this pos gmc sierra i bought to get me thru until my truck arrives.if i put a new order i will have to wait few more months atleast april or may.if thats the case i will have to change a few more parts and tires etc to keep the gmc going and then some
