Yea, didn’t make much progress last weekend due to the last minute family visit and determining I needed some additional materials. I’m currently waiting on the UPS facility(15 min past close) cause my delivery was delayed to Tuesday and I really want to be able to work on these this weekend.

Well, no luck at the UPS facility. So no delivery until Tuesday. I’m gonna try to find what I need locally but I ordered cause I didn’t initially have luck locally.

Managed to hunt down the necessary acrylic glue to be able to fuse my piece lense together at an aquarium store.

So here’s the first production unit!

So this first batch is only 7 sets. 6 are for beta testers that I already have lined up. One is for me.

I want feedback before I place larger orders for the housings since they aren’t super cheap.

Based on my current understanding of part costs and then my time to actually assemble. I’m thinking price will be around $350ish. Its still a little open ended until I have the final final design and quotes for parts.

Man the progress on these has been amazing. I wish I had gotten in on a tester set, I'd love to see 'em in person. Definitely in for a set when they're available

Goal for today is to get them wired up and my grille put back on. Been struggling to determine which wire at the headlight harness is the turn signal. I don’t think I’m getting a good contact while checking the pins for voltage. I found a web link with supposed info and will be testing that this morning.
