Anybody on here have an animation controller they don't want or that wasn't working in their use case?
What is the animation controller? Don’t know that I received that with mine.Anybody on here have an animation controller they don't want or that wasn't working in their use case?![]()
This post has a video of it. It was a $50 add on, but was having an issue with people at stock % power on their DRLs. It's. Start up sequenceWhat is the animation controller? Don’t know that I received that with mine.
Ah gotcha. Yeah that wasn’t even an option that I saw. This post has a video of it. It was a $50 add on, but was having an issue with people at stock % power on their DRLs. It's. Start up sequence

OooooOooo I see all the pre order listings removed from the website... Something is brewing
yea, they sold out in about 12 hours...did you add already to buy? Still saying sold out to me
Would this be something that could be added on without removing the whole grill assembly again? Perhaps go through the wheel well? I would definitely be interested if so.i dont have any of the animation controllers. it seemed like interest really fell off so i just never ordered more. I did get a hardware solution to the constant animation caused by the PWM circuit on the DRLs. it's an extra box that conditions the pwm signal before going into the controller.
i would need interest from about 50 people to make it worth ordering more of the controllers and the signal conditioners.
Yes, the animation controller is just a quick plug n play swap through each wheel well.Would this be something that could be added on without removing the whole grill assembly again? Perhaps go through the wheel well? I would definitely be interested if so.
Does this mean the DRLs wouldn't have to be adjusted?i dont have any of the animation controllers. it seemed like interest really fell off so i just never ordered more. Correct. The additional box is essentially a capacitor that provides current when the OEM signal is off. So it gives the lights a constant signal instead of the oscillating signal from the factory system.Does this mean the DRLs wouldn't have to be adjusted?
What will that cost?Correct. The additional box is essentially a capacitor that provides current when the OEM signal is off. So it gives the lights a constant signal instead of the oscillating signal from the factory system.
I don’t know pricing at the moment. The animation controller itself is $50. I don’t have pricing for the additional capacitor boxes yet. I’m getting a few more to test further before opening up orders again. What will that cost?
So you would need the capacitor box and the controllers for it to function?I don’t know pricing at the moment. The animation controller itself is $50. I don’t have pricing for the additional capacitor boxes yet. I’m getting a few more to test further before opening up orders again.
Yes. The controller actually tells the lights what to do for the animation. The capacitor conditions the signal to prevent the controller from Constant thinking the DRLs are turning off and back on.So you would need the capacitor box and the controllers for it to function?
I won’t have more available until sometime in July. I’m waiting on parts to come in.When will you add more to buy?
I am still waiting![]()
