Vibration in steering wheel and pedal

I'm at 37K miles it seems to be worse for me now. right at 60 MPH in 10th gear. oscillating vibration you can hear and feel in the pedal. Nobody has had dealer figure this out yet?
I'd like to know too, I have slight shaking, enough to be annoyed by it, seat and steering wheel, not sure i've felt it in the pedal. Pretty consistent usually at speeds of 70+ MPH. I don't remember having this issue with 2020 Raptor. I would describe it as more than a vibration, but only a slight shaking.

I had my tires road forced, issue still exists. I will ask them to try again and see if it improves.

I swore this thing drove like glass but I could also be mistaken. I noticed a vibration through steering wheel and pedal at highway speeds. Took it to discount and had everything balanced… still felt it.

I started noticing it after I went through a low intersection aka DIP (if that makes sense) and have crawled under and checked everything. It looks good and the only thing I even remotely discover was passenger CV axel had a little play compared to drivers side. But I dont know if this is normal as there aren’t many tremors around to check and not going to be reaching up under random peoples truck during the cat stealing days we live in.

Had a scheduled appointment with dealership but they wanted to keep it for 3-4 days and I don’t have a second vehicle for the next month. Service Advisor drove with me (didn’t drive/wouldn’t drive) and said he didn’t feel anything. Also the gf says she doesn’t feel anything.

I’m sometimes neurotic about sh¡t like this so I dont know if it’s my mind and the trucks do this or it’s for real.
Take a video and post it !! CV axel ! There should be no play in it. Mile's on it ?

When I first got my truck same issues, towing a trailer with a sxs on it ,vibration on turns and uphill.wasnt a good experience, it was takin apart and looked at ,still find the vibration is there on highway speed.but ok when empty truck...something to live with,oh and the pinion seal leaked a little while ago and had to be fixed.never experienced any tow issues with the 2015 xlt before the 2023 Tremor, now the DRL is out on drivers side ..😒

Are you towing in normal mode? Making a lot of torque at low rpm, of course the drive line won't be as smooth. Even unloaded I notice minor vibrations at low rpm in normal mode, especially under light accel. I drive in sport mode full time now and never notice any vibrations. In my opinion it keeps the engine at a lot healthier of a RPM range, not just for the engine but the entire driveline. These low RPMs are NOT healthy for the transmission, driveshaft, diff etc. Normal Mode is tuned first and foremost for fuel economy and the EPA testing so it will sacrifice comfort and in my opinion, longevity (boundary lubrication, LSPI, carbon buildup, and the simple fact you are stressing components a lot more with low rpm torque) . 10th gear at 45 mph is ridiculous. So is 6th gear at 20mph. i would recommend everyone having vibration issues to try our sport mode, or tow/haul. Another benefit I've noticed is that the transmission is a lot less clunky.

I'll have to try that thus Friday,Thanks

Same issue here. Starts about 68mph. Didn't notice on the OEM tires, just replaced with Nitto grappler g3 and I was like WTF y'all suck at balancing... And they didn't put the yellow dot at the valve stem which annoys me to no end. I'll now have my third appt to rebalance on Friday and if it's not better then it goes to the dealer on Monday. Probably will make discount tire order me a diff set of tires as well... Pirelli scorpion XTM just came out in 275/70r18 in a XL rated. I'll be the guinea pig... They look real good.

I've tried different drive settings but the same ..have to live with it...

Lol do your thing, but I'm not "living with" a $70k truck feeling like driving an apple cart

Third time balancing has it pretty close to good. I'm thinking these tires and this truck are just more suceptible to vibration. I am on a +12 wheel so that increases the lever arm for applying any wheel movement as well.

I made them take the tire off the rim and spin it to get a proper starting point to balance it .... Whaddya know, it was much better and took less weight.

Came here looking to see if this a common problem. 2022 Tremor, recently had service done including tire rotation, while driving home afterward I noticed a vibration. The vibration is by no means severe but certainly out of the norm, prior truck would/could run 85 mph and it was just plain smooth. Little background, original tires ran out to 38,000 miles, put another set of Grabber ATX’s on, they’ve been perfect, rotation was done and here I am search for info on this vibration. Since then, I have had balance checked/confirmed, drove again and no change, rotated tires back to their pre-vibration position, drove and no change. Debating doing Road Force balance but just not sure yet which is why I came here.
I find it odd this has been great until 45,000 miles and simply rotating tires produced this. I am having a hard time pinning it on the tires. So then I wonder if it is a result of lifting the truck on a hoist for service, by no means implying dealer has done wrong, has this somehow effected the driveline? Thanks for any thoughts you may have or questions.

Took the OEMs off at 30K miles...Went with KO3s...Butter smooth before, even with the miles on them...Now it sucks...Been back to DT several times...road force, rotate, etc. Not happy with truck cost and tire cost ($1600), but not sure what to do anymore...Glad I found this thread, as I was thinking I was nutz.

Had the same issue. Had new tires RF balanced 3 times. Still had a slight vibe at highway speed. Went away as the tires wore in over about 1000 miles.

Have you had or did they check for one out of Round Tire, or maybe more? You can balance them all day long, but if one is out of Round you still have the problem !! Have some one check it !!

Doing Road Force tomorrow, just to set my freaking mind at ease in that I have done all I can in terms of confirming this is not a tire issue.
In the event the results determine I have a tire or two with excessive road force, I’ve got a pair of replacements set to go on.
I’ll update you all tomorrow night with the good, bad, or ugly of this step.
Bottom line, some have commented on passengers/techs not feeling it, and I’m speaking for the majority here I believe, I/we know these trucks and there is something just not right going on, I can’t wrap my mind around it but something has changed that has produced this sensation.

Well I’ve had Road Force done, I’m going to give this a few days of running the truck before I update with the outcome.

I have 2500 miles on my 2025 and i feel this vibration in the pedal and sometimes the seat. I feel it at idle and at 50-75mph too,its not a constant vibration and doesn't vary with speed... It's driving me nuts. Almost like a 3-5 second pause then it vibrates.. dealer obviously said it's normal

I'm having the same issue. I never had issues before, at 40k I took it in for a tire rotation and had the rear diff seal replaced and now it vibrates at highway speeds. At least I'm not alone. I made an appointment with the dealership to look at it again tomorrow. They said it was the tires before and I'm on brand new tires now with the issue persisting. It seems that it may be normal and due to low RPMs though. I wonder if a tune would alleviate the issue too. I just went to 285/75s and I was thinking a tune would be nice right about now.

I’m having the same issue - noticeable vibration in the steering wheel, gas pedal/floor, and a rotational noise is audible (might just be tire roaring). Just started noticing it recently , can’t really tie it to a specific event when it started. But I have had multiple tires patched recently as well as had the rear pinion seal replaced maybe 5,000 miles ago. I’m at 39k miles on the stock tires so I thought it might just be them wearing out. They look like they have maybe 5000 miles left on them before needing replaced and so seem to be louder as they wear down.

Took it to a local shop today and told them to look everything over and then check tire balance. They said they didn’t see anything wrong with the truck but when doing the balancing they noticed the front tires were cupping on the inside edges. They said they typically attribute that to weak struts and that I should consider replacing mine. They put the cupped tires in the rear to try and minimize the effect. They said the tires took about an ounce of weight to balance. Driving it on highway after I’d say it was a tiny bit better but it’s definitely still vibrating in the wheel and gas pedal at highway speeds. They had me run my hands over the cupped tires and then the rotated non cupped tires so I could feel the difference. Not sure I could tell a huge difference, I’m sure it was more noticeable feeling it while spinning on the balancer.

On one hand it sounds like the universe is telling me to get a lift up front with beefier coil overs and replace the worn out generals with 35’s. On her other hand if this issue gets worse I don’t want Ford blaming it on a lift kit and bigger tires…

🤣…….Sounds like you’re trying to convince yourself.
