Vibration in steering wheel and pedal

I went to Toyo AT3s (34.8s) on mine. It was time for new tires, but the vibration is still present. I have been on HaloLifts 2.5 kit since the truck had 2k miles and I'm around 45k now. To be fair, I feel like they did look try to find the issue for me as I took it in 3 times and they gave me a loaner while they looked everything over. They said I'd probably have to go back to stock suspension for them to keep looking for it. I have noticed that if I put it in manual and keep the revs a little higher I don't notice the vibration at all. I definitely don't feel it in sport mode with either 2h or 4a on.
