What's new

🛠️ What have you done to your F150 Tremor this week?

S&B cold air intake, Cobb coolant tank cover, and adjusted the fog lights to not point down 8 inches from the bumper.
Good choice, love S&B intakes

Finished this yesterday but forgot to snap a picture.

Update us Coyote lovers on the performance and fuel mileage after you get some miles on it. Would definitely appreciate it as I been side eyeing one for mine 👍
Yeah absolutely! It's now paired with the MBRP dual tip exhaust. Next time my wife has the truck for a day will be the best test for fuel economy. I personally only run it in sport and drive more spirited lol!

They've tried 3 times to get them right...somewhere between noticeable and severe vibrations from at least the passenger front, and maybe driver front. You can feel it through the floor and steering wheel shakes. I had real trouble deciding between KO2s (had them on my last three trucks several times over and never an issue/loved them) and KO3s. I figured the new ones 'must' be better. My second time back to try to fix this the salesman noted they (KO3s) were having an issue across the board...Wish I would have known that. They've been balanced & rebalanced. Road force tested. I'm having a hard time convincing myself to go BACK to the shop yet again, but for +/- $1600, not sure I can accept this for 60K miles. When I bought the truck there was one new factory (duratrac) tire on the back and three originals on the rest (30K miles)...drove smooth as butter, but were getting worn, and I drive sand/beach a LOT, so I figured might as well now rather than later.
Thanks for the info, this is a little more helpful. getting ready to get new tires and up to the 290/70R18 and it is down to the KO3's and Wild Peak AT4's. I really like the KO3's but the number of people who keep having problems with the balancing issue is still quite concerning.

I don't know what else to do...DT said they're "in spec", but ride like crap...Thinking of taking it to Ford.

Gave the bed some attention yesterday. Mounted some retractable D-rings and Self reeling Ratchet Straps on some Molle panels. Now i don't have a spaghetti mess of straps every time i look in the bed, thats now all stuffed in a bag under the seat :)

“290”/70R18?

That is the 'secret' tire size designed to help with the poor balancing of the K03.
😂…..Makes sense.
Less weight from the tire makes balancing it easier.

How do you like it?
Rides like a truck now. I like the ability to adjust dampening on the fly without having to stop, get out and adjust each shock.
