What's your Number 1 mod?

Let me throw one out that may make everyone else second guess their choice.
#1 rear shocks.
I second guess nothing. That is #9 on the list

1- heated steering wheel
2- level
3- bed liner
4- tonneau cover
5- tint
6- ppf
7- lighted cup holders
8- air bags
9- maybe rear shocks

Crazy, my 22 and I believe 21's all came w/ Heated steering wheels. Ford took that away because of sourcing?
My previous F150, I put on Fox in the rear. Thought Tremors came with better rear shocks? maybe not. What are the go to for just changing the rear shocks?

Having done a few trails and noticed some serious hop, I’m curious what you went with?

Literally anything is a massive improvement. I've had several but going from stock to (I think the Billstein 5160s were first) were absolutely the most noticeable improvement. Fox 2.5s were good but for weight and towing I went with the heavy valving 5165. I did try a couple of other 2.0s but they weren't worth mentioning.

My next (and hopefully last) set is still in development.

ADS?

Lol, that would be a "worst use for best shocks" unfortunately nothing about my setup lends itself to that quality or function.

They can build it for whatever you want it for though, granted it would be expensive. I'm assuming your talking your Elkas with the Eibach springs, speaking from the utv side of things Elkas rock but their springs tend to be soft when compared to other companies at the same weight. Never really understood that.

But I agree with others on here, first upgrade would be tonneau cover or shell, then rear shocks, then coilovers, tires.....

Cost wise the Eibachs are a huge improvement, but the Bilstein 5160 works well, or if like @Yeti you tend to carry around 600lbs or so in the bed the Bilstein 5165 he used works well, for those of you wanting to keep close to stock length but don't carry as much weight they now have them in a lighter setup same length. I have posted them in the rear shocks. Just pay attention to the compression rate to get the right ones, I honestly think they made the lighter ones after I talked to one of their engineers for about an 1 hour to find out if they thought the one they had would work or not and explained the reason we were looking into them.

Thanks, I will look into that. I have noticed the stock ones ride better with some weight back there. I tend to move 100-600lbs with work stuff. I will check out the 5160 or 5165s. possibly if I change them after the winter. I didn't hate the fox I had on my 2014 F150 FX4, also better than stock. Only thing I noticed was around the really cold winter months they did not hold up the best ( not sure if it was imagination at the time )

Bakx4s, Tux Mats and these brake, gas pedal covers.
Always wondered about those. Do they wiggle or move at all, or are they totally rigidly attached? They look cool but I worry about a safety issue if they have any wiggle

No wiggle at all, for the brake pedal you remove the original rubber pad, gas this just goes over top.

Mine would be installing a winch in the large space behind the front bumper, with the 5.0 there’s plenty of room behind the bumper.

*Crying in 3.5EB*

I want a damn winch so bad. I also don't want to pay to relocate the intercooler.

You could do a front reciever hitch, then put a winch on a cradle that could be used on front or the back of the truck, that’s what I did on my Expedition, it worked great.

Its tough to say just 1.

Yes there are others that rank up there, things that help protect the inside and outside are fantastic.
