I haven’t ever owned a vehicle for longer than 24 months. Seems like I would be wasting my money no matter how affordable it is.

I never got any real answers and the dealership never fixed it. I attached a video. Anytime I sat idle, my truck would smoke. It smelled bad. The dealership replaced valve covers and some other Mickey Mouse BS and it came back worse. So I just traded it.

I've had cam phasers replaced twice by 50k miles. I'm now at 65k and already used my warranty to fix minor things like seat belt and moon roof. That said, I would buy the truck and the warranty again...haha.

OK guys, I need some help on what ESP plan to get. I'm currently looking at the 7/100k premium on Zeigler @ $1745. I hope I love this truck enough to keep it that long but my mileage is an unknown at this point. Also, trying to figure if I need to get any add on.

I agree with Stihl Huntin, check out Flood, that is where I bought from. Remember that you can cash out your ESP at anytime, so I’d probably buy longer and higher mileage in case you keep it longer. I’d also go with the light replacements and rental car. Headlights are expensive and are replaced as an entire unit. Key replacements could be good if you are prone to loosing things.

You can also buy from Flood up to 40k miles, so you have plenty of time. If you buy within the 3yr/36 they give you $100 off.

Hello All,

I'm ordering my Tremor this week, doing my research ahead of time. Seems as though Zeigler & Flood are by far cheaper than what's offered from the Dealership. Seems like a no brainer for me to go with either of them after the sale than to buy from the dealer. Not sure what I'm missing here, but don't think anything at all. Thanks to all who posted this useful information.

NM - I found it. On Flood, there is a checkbox on the online payment form that references your email address. At Zeigler, you have to call to complete the transaction and they'll apply FP points. For me, the Zeigler price is $150 less for an 8yr/100k contract.

Could you guys share what plans are worth it in your opinion, and from who? So many options and I'm a little lost on it as it's my first extended warranty, but it looks worth it since I drive a lot a day I'll have the truck for 5+ years.

I like the Ford extended warranty but not sure why you would buy it before 3 yr/36k miles. A lot can happen in 3 years. And you don’t get full value back if you cancel it.

Also, the warranty just below the top level looks pretty good to me. Any thoughts?
