F150 Tremor FORScan

Hi everyone... new here. I just tried the A.S.S disable and was left with a red battery warning light in the bottom right corner of the cluster. Thoughts?

I know theres some actual geniuses out there on this forum, so please let me pick your brain!

I recently picked up an OEM set of raptor headlights, and I already know of at least one line change that i will need to make before these will work properly. 726-38-02 for DRL as Turn. I haven't been able to find any of the base values for raptors so as to imitate them...does anyone know which lines are different?

Hey all, I did the unthinkable and did not save the as built when I did Lincoln style mirrors. I want to go back to get my puddle lights back. Anyone out there have as built for a 21 402a ecoboost? Thanks! New guys, don’t be me and save your data!
Link goes to motorcraft to retrieve your asbuilts.

Boom

Firstly this thread was a great help in 21 with my first tremor so shout out to everyone who helped then and continues to help now.

With the arrival of my 25 I was curious to see how much has changed and if the basics here will still work when going in and editing the values?

FYI, it appears the double honk disable is part of the setting menu in Sync4 now under key detection alert, so no need to change in Forscan

What version of SYNC are you on.
I’m still stuck on version 23291 Revision 1049.

Essentially yes. There are times, just like with the standard auto high beams, the truck elects to just use low beams. Bright street lighting or very low speed, but for the most part it’s max light with cutouts as required. It’s all camera based so the computer is deciding on the best strategy based on visibility at any given time. The override basically works the same way it currently does (auto, manual high, manual low).

For the fogs: they will be off anytime the high beams are on even after the mod to glare free / ADB. *Unless you do like I did and use Forscan to enable “Bambi mode” which allows the fogs to remain on with the high beams.

Side note: check the aiming on your fog lights if you want to get max benefit from them. There have been reports that Ford is not adjusting them from the factory and they are basically aimed straight down at the dirt and don’t cast light much in front of the bumper. I just confirmed that was the case on my truck as well. I will be adjusting this evening.
Do you have a distance and height spec for the foglights or did you just eyeball them? Thanks Bill

Can anyone else with adaptive cruise control see the Cruise Control Module (CCM) in forscan? I'm trying to recalibrate my ACC after relocating and for whatever reason i can't find the CCM to run the calibration procedure. I can run the IPMA calibrations but I'm not sure this is the issue...

Anyone know if it’s possible to change the speed at which the front camera switches off if you turn it on manually? I think it’s at 5mph now and I’d like it to maybe 20mph before it disables

Looking on the interwebs is seems there may be an easy fix.

Google AI says:
“On the 2024 Ford F-150, the front camera, part of the 360-degree camera system, can be activated at any speed by pressing and holding the "BACK" button on the steering wheel for 5-7 seconds or the external black push button switch.”

Google AI is drunk lol.

Unfortunately there’s no settings as far as I’m aware that can keep them on. But you can use various offroad modes to enable the cameras at any speed however it does come with caveats. Mainly Baja because it holds the revs quite substantially though this can be overcome in manual shift mode. Other modes I think bind you to 4Hi which isn’t ideal either. I’m hoping eventually there will be some way to get past these obstructions.

Yeah that’s what was frustrating me this weekend. On the trail it was hard to see over some hills and in off-road mode it was holding 1st and if I manually turned on the camera it’d turn off at 6mph

Oh that’s weird. I’ve used my truck in the dunes but only in Baja and it let me keep the camera on the whole time. I’m gonna suggest you enable Off-Road Views At Speed using the ForScan spreadsheet to figure out what value you need. My only suggestion I have though

When doing a change, must you do all the lines or just one?

I tried to "enable cameras at speed" once (modifying all three lines); however, without success on my '25. I know you have a '24, but if you get it to work, I would love to know exactly how you did it.

As far as other changes (that have been successful) - I did all the lines applicable to the "feature name".

I’m getting a service interruption on the IPMA module that won’t let me in. I was able to get the others done.
