Ordered from Chapman too on 12/30/21. Confirmation and delay email only correspondence from Ford. Check in with the sales guy every 4-6 weeks, “priority code 2” only info I got. Sounds like bathroom code to me, but at least you were told where in the pecking order you fall.

I know priority codes are supposed to mean something but I'm not so sure TBH. A lot of variability and inconsistencies to how orders are processed in this fiasco. Logic is out the window in my opinion and it is almost as if I am watching a mime perform, they are doing things but I can't see shit.

Not even petty my man, that's been around (cup holders) since at least 2016 and I think is super cool. I'm even disappointed they got rid of full RGB(W) LED controls like I have in my 2016 mustang.

Well, no email this morning. I have to admit I'm starting to get a little frustrated. I was expecting to have my truck delivered by this point and it hasn't even been scheduled. It might be time to cut bait and start looking for something locally...and pay the crazy markups.

I will say I feel for all of you who’ve not gotten any movement. I kinda feel a little guilty that I placed my order in mid March and when I finally got an email from Ford, in early June, things have most very quickly. First they gave me a July 4 build time frame— a few days later they moved that date up to 6/13- blend date was 6/19. Then received an update on 6/24 that it was scheduled to ship and would be to my dealer between 7/28-8/4. Then I checked this am with my dealer and his update is that it has in fact shipped from Dearborn and currently in Salem, IL.

Not sure why but I’m not questioning this at all. I’m sure it’ll stall out somewhere but I can’t help but hope that it’ll be here in just another week or so. I also received word that I have a private cash offer, but I’m not sure what that amount is yet. The woman at Ford just gave me the certificate number and told me it had been mailed.

I have no idea and the woman at the Ford marketing dept said she didn’t know either. She said that they just randomly give them out. I’ve not really looked into it. She did say however, that the dealer has the discretion not to accept it?? I found that very odd. I’d be all kinds of pissed off if my dealer doesn’t accept it.
