Fender Flares

Just checking in on how your flares have been, any issues with them coming loose?
Nah, none at all. I haven't tightened them up either except for the time I had to take the bolts off to plastidip them. Great product honestly. One of my favorite things I've added to the truck.

Sweet, can’t wait to get mine on, the body shop said they will paint the bolts leadfoot so it blends better. Here’s a few pics of painted leadfoot fender flares to get an idea of how it looks with the painted rocker panels I have as well.

I just installed the Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender flares. Had them painted too match. Will install Fox coilover lift when they come out and new wheels with at least +18 offset to fill the flares. Still deciding if I like the look. Will have to wait till all mods are done.
Sorry to bump an old thread guys but Im trying to find flares for my truck that will work with mud flaps.
MoTo, do you have any pics since leveling it?

Saw this and really liked it.

Yeah I contacted rough country directly and they said with no uncertainty not to screw mud flaps into them. I really like those flares. I also like the air design ones but with the built in mud flap they would be kind of weird. The dealership said they should work though.

Yeah that's a big downside for me as i like my mud flaps. Big rip

I added wheels with offset and created another problem, the poke. Mine isn't a tremor but we are all on the same team here

Its all about the look that you like. IMO I think the pocket flare paint match look the best. I ordered the air design unpainted and will paint match with the avalanche gray.

THose are the ones the dealership has ready to paint. They claim mud flaps will work but have never actually done it yet, Im not sure how well it'll work with the built in flap on the flare. These are my favorite of the ones I've looked at. I dont need big bulging ones, just enough to tame the mud from the poke of my tires

These are what I have and I find the flares work really well. I have about a 34" tire with 0 offset and rocks and mud are still caught by them. Nothing has ever been thrown up into the vehicle (unless it was from excessive shenanigans).

Ditto do what Dfris said, I have 35 12.50 MT's along with the same fender flares ( mine wer painted to match ) a -12 offset and the flares do a great job of protecting from rocks , mud sling etc.

Agree just enough to make it look a little meaner.... I will end up painting the screw black.

yeah, I have those flares but haven't had time to do anything with them, yet. I need my kitchen completed before I worry about dirt and bling.

Anybody got any pictures of the bushwhacker extend a flares on there tremor

DISCOUNT ALERT ~ FYI - American Trucks has an OPEN BOX for sale on the Air Designs (primed) pocket fender flares. They have been out for a while. I picked an open box up a couple weeks and they are currently at the body shop getting painted. Have to say, mine were in delivered fast and they were in great shape! These usually dont last long..... (hit the tab OPEN BOX and they will show the pics of flares which look great)

Speaking of fender flares…. Is there any way to get a set of the roush ones. I’m searching and searching and nothing.

If you browse back through this thread I think there's a link posted to the roush ones, so far the air design and ascendx seem to be the better looking ones but somebody posted a link to another set they found I think on eBay that looked pretty good.

Only ones that I have found that have a “raptor” look are the bushwhacker extend a flare or the RTR fender flares. Just not a fan of the Rtr part that sticks out the front towards the bumper/grille.
