Do you know what makes the front end of the Tremor 1" higher?
FM
From what I've noticed, the front strut is ~ 3/4" longer. The Eibach's, I tried were just over 1/4" longer than stock Tremor which gave me 1/2" lift and 1/2" more droop when adjusted for use and not lift.

I was thinking about it, today. If a Tremor has ~ 1.5" more lift than a stock 2020, Wouldn't the Fox 2.5s for 4-6" lift work?
Haha, I have mentioned this many pages back. It looks like the 2" is to short and the 4"-6" may be to long. The Fox 2.5" 4"-6" strut is 28.44" long and compressed is 22.85" with a stroke of 5.59". The RC Tremor (re purposed 3" strut) is 23.85" extended and 18.85" compressed with a 5" stroke. The Elka 3" comes up an inch short. Right now without a custom 3"-4" strut just for the Tremor. The best bet is the RC Vertex 3". Its 24.4" long, Compressed 18.9" with a 5.5" stroke. It has threaded pre load collars and we may be able to gain another 1/4-1/2" without sacrificing ride quality. The unknown factor is no one is measuring front axle shaft angles to really know if it's to much for the CV's. I know from personal experience 3.5" is to much on a standard F-150. Even with new UCA's. It will work, make your truck look cool, but ride like crap, poor off-road performance and eat CV's. The Tremor is supposed to have a different UCA and knuckle that basically keeps Fords standard front end specs with the factory "lift". This is letting everyone get away with the 2.5" lift in addition to the 1" factory lift. I have reached out to Fox,BDS,ICON,S3M,Falcon and Bilstien with little interest in a Tremor kit as of now. I think the truck is a hit and gaining popularity and this will help motivate the aftermarket. I could have KING make a custom shock but the lead time and cost wouldn't be worth it to me when a 2.5" Pro Comp spacer is just fine for a truck that tows more than it jumps or rock crawls.

Got my Auto Spring 2.5 level kit yesterday. I'm going to attempt to install these bad boys tomorrow (but I have two kids so I may have to push it a week or so) after I get a few tools to make the job easier.
Ill send some before/after pics and let you know how it feels after the re-alignment.

Wish me luck!

Oh, one more option I am looking at but have not heard back from them. Baja Kit has a custom made 0"-3" KING shock. Not the OE replacement ones. It does need their UCA's and custom wheel offset to work. Offers 9" of suspension travel. I have asked for pricing and shock lengths. I know the UCA's are $900.00. My guess the KING's will be $2K-$3K.

Good luck! I should be receiving my Auto spring kit on Monday and am scheduled for Tuesday install. I may beat you to it but would prefer you beat me and tell me how great it is first 😉

Thanks for the reply guys!

Anyone end up with the auto spring 2.5 kit yet? My local shops won't mess with the Procomp because it's not "specifically approved" for the Tremor

I’m running the Stage 3 Motorsport 2.3” leveling kit. It is made by Auto Spring and works great. All my alignment numbers were in spec and everything works fine. Contemplating putting a shorter block in the back to get closer to dead level.

White_dc, great looking ride! My vote (if you care 😀) is to leave the slight rake. Looks perfect!

I did the RC coilovers and didn’t install the 1” rear drop kit for this exact stance. Think about when you haul any gear or materials in the bed you will then sit nose high if you drop the rear.

Check out this pic with the stock tires/wheels in the bed of my truck, about 350-400 lbs and it’s dead level vs pic with the 1” rake and no weight. Just something to consider,

Congrats again on a great looking truck!

Well just got everything installed and gotta say I cant be happier. Git some quick pics but truck is filthy since we got 4in of snow and it's late hopefully get it cleaned up and some better ones tomorrow. Sits dead level with old rims and tires in bed so should have nice 1.5in rake that most people are seeing which is perfect for me

Rough Country front coil set
Fuel Torque 18x9 22mm offset bronze rims
Cooper ST Maxx 295/70/18 tires
Looks great! Who did you have do the install on the RC coil overs? I’m not far from LZ.

That’s great to hear! I’m having the 2.5 installed this coming Tuesday.

Nice, you have a black tremor? Seen one cruising down 53 a few times. I used Remington Auto. Just small independent shop. Great guys with a very good reputation in the area. Ordered the tires through them and had them install coils as well as mount and install tires and align it. Great job, cant complain and price very reasonable.

The way this weekend is going, it looks like you are going to beat me. I still need to gather some tools for the install. :/
Tell me how yours goes!

Appreciate it man! Love that black on black on your truck. Had to pick a different color this time around since my wife thinks I’ll only buy white, black or gray cars… otherwise it would’ve been black.

I’m still on the fence about the block. But the pics help. Let me know if you wanna sell the blocks and u-bolts. Shipping could be the killer but it might fit in a usps flat-rate box

I’m beginning to think that they are the exact same part. The instructions that was included in the stage 3 kit were labeled from auto spring and didn’t look any different than the 2.5 kit instructions. But I didn’t have them next to each other to compare and 0.2” would be hard to notice..

I would but you can buy from Rough Country I think for like $70 and free shipping, so might might be about the same…😀

Yes, I noticed that after I ordered the 2.5 I saw a 2.3 and a 2 and was wondering if I ordered the wrong kit. You’re probably right the 2.3 might be the level piece height but gives a 2.5

Had this question a few days ago. Ryan Z. from Stage 3 Motorsports confirmed that the 2.3" and 2.5" offset level are the same except for the .2" height difference, so there are two products, made the same way, except one is 2.3" and the other is 2.5".

Good to know, thanks for sharing!
