Leveling Kit

I was just trying to find if Falcon sells their rears separately. In the install, does it mention the max lift the shocks are designed for in the rear?
Not sure I’d email them they answered all email questions quickly. They don’t sell the rears separate I asked.

so those of you who have installed the Autospring Kit on a 402A (or any other leveling kit for that matter), did you have to re-calibrate any electronics such as front sensors / camera, etc? I know the headlights apparently adjust to the leveling kit on their own, but what about other sensors, etc?
Me neither, everything worked just fine.

For those of you that have installed a 2.5” spacer like the Auto Spring kit yourself, did you get the alignment done and where did you go, (dealer or other alignment shop) and if so we’re you told what had to be adjusted and how much adjustment was needed. Thanks, I’m going to install mine as soon as they come in. I currently have 4.5” of rake right now.

Just installed the Falcon tow haul level kit and some raptor takeoffs.
Man, that looks good. I like those wheels!

Eibach coilovers being installed today.

You expect it to be fully level? Can you measure the final height of the truck?
No, I had 4.25” of rake. I’m hoping for 2-2.5” of lift and an improved ride. I’m fine with 1.5”-2” of rake.

I’ll be doing measurements to compare. I had the pro comp spacers on before this which gave 2.5” of lift and 1.5” of rake.

2.5" of lift on the front only right? Not overall height. Interested in how it goes, I'm looking for the same numbers. Did they say if it would have any issues with full articulation?

Is there like a sweet spot as far as rake is concerned with towing? I've never been much of one to alter the stance of a truck, but I've also never had one this dramatic. So I apologize for the ignorance. But if I lifted anything prior to this it was for clearance and I towed with another vehicle, never had to have one do it all but for this price it has to lol

Depends on how much squat you expect to get. You can also reinforce the leaf springs to get less squat.

I plan to leave 1.5-2" of rake, and reinforce the leafsprings. So if I put 1k in the bed or I tow 8k+, I'm not doing the full Carolina squat.

Got the Eibachs installed, no issues and they fit fine.

Drove for 30 minutes and they feel great. Just a little firmer and still feels very nice.
Does a better job of absorbing small bumps and road imperfections.

I’ll drive it for a few weeks to a month and see if my thoughts change.

Left Eibachs at factory settings with 2” of thread exposed. Got 2” of lift with them. The Eibachs are .5” lower than the Pro Comp after initial install.
The rear is .5” higher now with the new shocks but I expect some settling so will re-measure in a month.

From the factory:
Rear, 42.75
Front, 38.5
4.25” rake

After Pro Comp 2.5” Spacers:
Rear, 42.75”
Front, 41.25”
1.5” rake

After 2 months with Pro Comp:
Rear 42.5”
Front 41”
1.5” rake

With Eibach Pro Coilovers and rear shocks:
Rear 43” to 43 1/8”
Front 40.5”

Nice!

What's your top of cab height now ? With stock tires or 34s, 35s?

Stock tires, using a level sitting on top of the antenna, it’s 79” to the ground.

Thank you sir. Looks like I can do 35s and have 2 or 3 inches to spare to make it into a 7' parking garage at work.

Congrats on the new set up!
Would you mind sharing links to both the front and rear parts ordered?

Thanks in advance
