Leveling Kit

I went ahead and contacted them. You are correct. They are both the same design just different heights.
I wish I'd have contacted them, I'd probably have gotten the 2" to save some cab height. Though I imagine I would've saved tenths of an inch if that. Really trying to stay at 80" max with level and 34s

My AS 2.5 kit took exactly a week to come in (shipping to Southeast Texas). My install and alignment was $305. The highest quote was from my Ford dealer at $450.

I'm enjoying the extra height. And it looks so much better!

For the guys with auto spring kits, how long did it take for you guys to get it from Order date?

Also, did you guys do the 2.5" offset one? I ordered that one since it should provide more articulation and less issues.
I ordered the powder coated 2.5 offset. Ordered on a Wednesday late afternoon received next Monday.

That is a very good price, average is between $500-$600 it seems.

I guess it all depends on your local market. I used a pretty reputable shop. I was really surprised by their pricing.

Dang. $450 IS a good price.
The market out here in SoCal (for everything) is ridiculous.
So I don't think too hard about high pricing on most things. But paying 600 feels like a rip off when I know you paid 450 and McTagger paid 330.
Damn Biden economy.

I hate to say it... but I actually paid $305

$500 in Miami, including alignment and all that. Wondering if they will charge less considering how much easier it is to install than others, they're only charging me $240 to install the readylift load leveling kit which is 2 hours.

You are going to love it.
Let me know what you end up paying.
I paid $600 for the install, the cam set, and the alignment.
It seemed fair to me, but I would like some comparisons.
DDDoug,

U are the only one who has mentioned needing a cam set. My suspension company up here in Riverside said that they have never installed a level that didn’t require a cam set too. They quoted me $485 for everything w/o cam set & $90 more if it requires it… It confused me because the directions say the AS will only require a “toe adjustment“ & I don’t know much about alignments or level kits.

Did they give you a reason for the requirement & not just the toe adjustment? Just trying to understand as much as poss before my install on the 21st.. Thanks

I paid $160 at a reputable shop for install and alignment. That is not including the rough country kit.

Hey Nomad.
I am not an alignment tech, and when they mentioned the cam set I immediately thought it was some bull-sheeeit. Like blinker fluid or the female orgasm.
But after looking into it on line, it looks like the cam set helps the alignment stay in check over time and can be a good thing to have done on a lifted truck. Like everything online there are varying opinions depending on the person, but the over all consensus seems to be these help keep things in place.
I think you can run without it, and it will still toe/align correctly, but the cam set helps keep things in place so the added pressures don't move the alignment bolts over time.
From what I can see, the whole set is two plates under the back side toe alignment bolts.
Ill get a picture so you can see what I am talking about.
