Modular bumper install on 21-23 Tremor

The modular bumper, either the Tremor OEM one, or a take off Raptor R bumper from eBay.
The wing part numbers are, RL3Z-17E785-BA and RL3Z-17E784-BA
The lower plastic extensions are, RL3Z-17626-BA and RL3Z-17626-BD
The 2024 skid plate does technically fit better, but the 2023 skid plate doesn’t look too bad honestly.

Word to note, make sure when you order a Raptor R bumper off eBay, make sure the bumper mounting brackets are included as the driver bracket is on National back order and no ETA on stock. The 2023 OEM bumper bracket does not work.

I will get part numbers for the OEM fog lights and shrouds early next week. Personally I am not going to use the OEM fogs, I am working with SPV about making replacement dual fog light brackets to fill the “void”. Something should be available by the end of the year.

Let me know if you need anything else

So I ordered RL3Z-17E785-BA and RL3Z-17E784-BA. The part I got with the 784 in the part number is the same as came of the Raptor R. So maybe someone boxed it wrong or I don't honestly know what.

At this point though I am not sure what part to order. I don't want to order the same part from someplace else and get the wrong thing again. Shipping is expensive.

Ok, let me get with my parts dept.
you’re wanting the bracket, both fog lights and fog shrouds (plastics) correct? Anything else?
I will get pricing too, my cost, and can ship to you if you’d like.

Yeah it’s definitely not a direct swap. It was likely easier on my end since I’m at a ford dealer, and we have a body shop right next to my upfitting. I just walk over and grab whatever clips, nuts, bolts, etc that I need. LOL.

@CrankCase , can you pop of this cover? And take a pic of the backside of the plastic and what’s behind it? Thanks, was tinkering with a raptor r this weekend trying to get my auxiliary light bracket on it. But didn’t want to inflict any harm on the dudes brand new 24 r!!

Yeah no worries. I will get it done in the morning for ya.

Note to add. That silver bolt you see, it actually a welded nut to the bumper bracket. But the nut on the other side is accessible.

They do, on my bumper there are 2 holes at the bottom of the center section, then the sides are in the fog light pocket plastics. You can make out the lower ones just to right of the tow hook in this picture:

This pictures shows another one on the side of the bumper wing, and inside the fog light housing, but my wings do not have holes at the sides for sensors. If we ever get a Tremor in with this bumper I will look at it. I think we have an Avalanche Gray inbound any day.

Hi all - New here. I have a 2023 3.5 EB and need a winch. I like this. Can someone help me with the parts? Does this winch set-up require re-location of the intercoolers? Thanks

If you have an ecoboost you will need a high mount intercollegiate if you want the winch inside the bumper. I’m pretty sure there is a mount for the modular bumper that puts it on the outside of the bumper!

Hey all.

So I got to working on the modular bumper install on my 2023 today.
As promised here are some mock up pics and my observations.
Keep in mind this is a Raptor R modular with Raptor wings…it does look like it’ll take flight LOL.

I’ve got accounts at other forums but this thread shows why I need an account with this group. CrankCase, thank you for all the time you’ve put into this!
