Quick question for those of you with the BFG ko2 raptor takeoffs. I plan on adding a Halo stage 1 lift, but would like to know where the main rubbing issue would be on a stock height Tremor? Is the stock BFG raptor tire mostly too tall or too wide or is it a combination of both?
I'll have my choice on tire and could go with the skinny Toyo 35/11.5/17 or stick with the 315/70/17 BFG. Thanks

With 1.5”over stock or 2.5” total, the 315 fits no rubbing. Can’t speak for 35 but the 315 are 34.4” so not far off.
I did drop to a 285/75/17 c rated Toyo as it’s lighter. Dropped overall lift .25” from the ground (it’s a 33.9”)
The 315s look cool but strain the brakes.

Thanks for the reply. The diameter between the skinny 35/11.5 Toyo and the Raptor BFGs are within .1". The BFG is nearly 1.5 inches wider. I actually like the stock ride of the Tremor, but don't want to do a puck lift. I'd rather do the Halo stage 1, but keet the lift under 1.5" in hopes of reducing the "harshness" of that Halo setup

So I just swapped out my 2023 OEM Tremor wheels and tires for 2024 OEM Raptor wheels and tires (35's). Looks great, fits perfect, no rubbing. However, the Raptor wheels have the original OEM TPMS sensors in them, as I did not swap my old sensors. Discount tire is telling me that each ford TPMS sensor is unique to the truck and cannot be programmed. I find this very hard to believe. Any idea how to reprogram these TPMS sensors from the Raptor wheels to my 23 Tremor?
Got any photos to share? I can’t find any photos of a 2024 base raptor wheel on a tremor.

Thanks

I can't imagine increased tire weight straining the brakes in day to day, not towing. The brake system is designed to accommodate towing capacity limits and unspring weight increase can't exceed that, can it?

My take. Gen 3 37”pp takeoffs on my 23 tremor. Still need to modify the king resi brackets to get the skid plate back on but looks great!

How they should have come from the factory! Slapped on Toyo at3 true 35s. 0 rub 0 trimming.

Thank you Mr hobby for paving the way and help via pms.

^Nice! Apart from the gen 1 beadlocks, those are my fave OE Raptor wheels...I think they are around 35 lbs per?

Not sure on the weight but they are 32mm offset where most are 34mm. The Toyo at3 load c in 35” is oddly enough lighter than the oem 33 grabbers and so far I’ve seen 0 mpg loss.

Yeah, the 35/12.50/15 AT III C rated, is 59 lbs...I've always been a BFG guy, and also had Toyo R/Ts on my Raptor (great tire, just not in snow) but I'm gonna give the AT IIIs a shot this time round...

Any issues with aftermarket UCAs and Raptor takeoffs? Even though it's not required, I might go with a SPC UCA when I upgrade the coilovers.

I called spc and spc confirmed it will fit. Camburg and the other tubular and billet models will all be a gamble unless you run 0 offset rim

Thanks for the information.

Ummmm, has something changed because the last time I checked, the OEM Generals were 46 pounds or 45.6 to be exact.

You are correct thanks for calling that out. The Toyo at3 is lighter than the oem raptor bfg not the tremor grabbers.

Grabbed some Raptor wheels, installed 285/75/17 ( 34x11.5 ) came out as a nice fit/size !
Milestar Patagonia A/T-PRO are nice so far, relatively quiet, Pretty aggressive and very light weight for an "E" tire.
Only mild off-road few times past week, and highway crazy rains/flooding. No issues or sliding around.

May look for some Orange Raptor wheel rings, or wrap them Tremor orange !

Got these Raptor takeoffs today off marketplace for $1600

315/70R17 KO2s
Most people will probably think the stocks look better and I think it's honestly a toss up but I like this look. I think the wheels complement the white and now the truck stands out a bit more in my opinion yet still looks OEM. I know we all have different taste but I like white or black cars with silver wheels.

I previously had similar size KM3s on the stock Tremor wheels and it looked nice and aggressive. I definitely prefer the look of a mud tire so when it comes time I think it will look much better with some Toyo MTs.

Slapped on a set of BroncoRaptor wheels with some 37” BFG’s! Removed the crash bars and did some very discreet inner fender surgery so everything clears lock to lock! Visually you can’t tell i modified anything on the wheel wells, I’m running Fox 3.0’s so i plan on bringing the front up about another inch.

That looks great, if the crash bars didn’t have to be removed I would do the same. Do you think you could’ve got by with just spreading them?
