Shell on Tremor?

Looking to put a topper on my ‘21 402a tremor… loved the LEER on my old taco. Have you guys noticed any sagg on the rear with the added topper weight? I had to do a bunch of suspension work on my taco when I added the topper - hoping to avoid that here!
RAS should be all you need.

Probably depends more on what you haul around UNDER the shell than the shell itself.
Are you a mason? Or, a pillow salesman? 😏
If the shell you’re looking at weighs….250lbs?…find a good size dude and have him get in the bed of the truck and see what that does.

I finally got my A.R.E. CX Evolve installed! I'll post pictures when I get a chance, but I did want to say that that topper, plus a bed rug, lowered the rake by about 0.75 inches.

Alright, here is my new A.R.E. CX Evolve! I'm very happy with the look of it. The build quality... who knows. Time will tell. A rubber gasket is already falling off the rear window... I need to glue it on or something.

Anyone planning (or already executed) addition of shell to their truck? If so, pics and opinions appreciated. Truck hasn't arrived yet, and still going back and forth on it, for travel, camping, etc. Also, any reason not to use a standard 5.5 F150 bed shell? Thanks!

Anyone have experience with Skinny Guy campers? Looks pretty cool as you can still park in the garage. Expensive though ..

Looks really nice, who did you end up buying topper from? You have the model number of topper?…thanks
I got it from Suburban Toppers in Denver. It’s an ARE brand topper though. Specifically the CX-Evolve model. So far so good too! and thanks!

Does anyone have experience with these toppers? Just picked my truck Friday and like the looks/flexibility of this but there are not many reviews.

I love the idea of these. It satisfies my constant "old man need to cover stuff" and my "old man needs to retire and not spend so much money" voices.

No experience with that one but I have a sofftopper on mine and am very happy with it. Everything inside stays dry, and I can remove the whole thing in 2 minutes. It’s not quite as convenient as my tonneau cover, but it does allow me to keep a lot more dry. I planned to swap them out as needed (it really is that easy to remove and store) but the sofftopper has been on for the past 5 months or so and I have no immediate plans to swap. Plus Safari Mode looks super rad!

Thanks. Like the look of the safari mode too. Mine is AMB too. My only hesitation is lack of windows. Does your bed camera still work? Would like to keep an eye on the boys...

No, bed cam is blocked on mine, but the view through the rear view mirror is surprisingly clear and distortion free through the clear vinyl window.

Any chance one of you monkeys is particularly good at metal?
