Shell on Tremor?

I'll throw a video together later today after work and post. Be really curious if others are experiencing this, or I just got a dud?
Could it possibly be the rear end of the camper rails are splayed out a little too much allowing too much gap or tolerance in the latching mechanism? Could you loosen the C-clamps pinching the rails down to the bed, squeeze the shell in a bit at the rear, and re-tighten? Would that tighten up the rear latching mechanism some? Just a thought.

Possibly? Video later today and then shoot me your thoughts.

ARE Overland. No Glass. Decked System inside. It’s all about lockable storage for me as I have two ruffland kennels in the back of the cab for my two dogs.

How do you address ventilation for the dogs? I'd have guessed operable / screen windows on the side would've been preferable (albeit less secure). Curious if/how you're doing something in the ventilation dept.

They roll VIP in the back of the cab. One intermediate and one backseat rider size kennel fit back to back.

Ahhhh...that makes more sense. Rollin' in style. Doggie style. Wait...no...that's not right.

Good kennels - I have one for my wirehair.

Wow! Looks awesome. Could you post another pic with a full side profile? I’m interested to see the straight line from the top of the cab through the end of the cap.

Anyone running an RSI smartcap on an oxford white Tremor????

I really want to see how it looks...
Right there with you. Last I checked RSI was targeting a late fall (like end of Oct, Nov) for their 21+ F-150 short bed caps. :( I'd love to get one - put my name on a list with a local distributor about 4 months ago. Waiting....like everything else in this world for the last couple of years.

For what it is worth, I purchased an RSI cap mid July & the shop said it should be deuces in 6-8 weeks from order date (had to pay in full, wasn’t crazy about that …..but we shall see)

Crossing fingers it shows up around same time as truck in late Sept / early October

Putting it on a Stone Grey

Im expecting mine in sep/oct. I ordered mine in apr

I saw a white Raptor with a color matched RSI in my area. I didn't like it, too much white. I think the black would look great on it though.

@Sundroop3, how'd you find one of those?!?! Is that a 15-20 version or one of the 21+ versions? Looks good. Was it about $4,200?
I ordered and obtained this way back in February, it’s a 21+ version and fits great. I just had to wait another 5 months for my truck to arrive. I also have a bedrug in there, wife approved. It was $3995

Looking to put a topper on my ‘21 402a tremor… loved the LEER on my old taco. Have you guys noticed any sagg on the rear with the added topper weight? I had to do a bunch of suspension work on my taco when I added the topper - hoping to avoid that here!
