What's new

🛠️ What have you done to your F150 Tremor this week?

When you were in FORscan disabling double honk, what did the editable part of this string look like: 726-41-02? The video I watched expected it to look like: 0001 0001 0173 where you change the first 1 to a 0, but mine was 2000 0000 0191 instead, so now I'm not sure which digit to edit. I have a 2022 401A Tremor.

This is the video:

I couldn't ask on the FORscan forums because you need to pay for the year long license to sign up now.
Have you looked at this spreadsheet?

look at line 11. it will show which one to change. The "X" indicated it can be any number depending on trim, year, etc. Where you see an actual value, for example 0, change it to that value in that spot.

Ok thanks, that video must be out of date, the spreadsheet says I should be looking at: 726-63-02
Yeah that video is just an example how to do the edits. I would solely look at the spreadsheet I sent.

Been waiting for Banks to make one for the 9.75 but so far no go. S3MS has these on sale, so picked one up.

Nice. Does RC have a kit for the Tremor or did you order each part separately? Do they transition well?
I've only added the trans and fuel tank skids, so far. I'll probably add the mid skid at some point before I get into tougher trails, next year.

I'm guessing a call to them would inspire them to create a set that doesn't include the front skid

Thanks. I will call them if I get a chance. Did you go aluminum or steel?

I went steel. Mainly because I'm cheap. I think the aluminum skids would likely work for my use.

Installed TuxMat floor mats, Gator Recoil tonneau, mud flaps, and wheel well liners. About to do an oil catch can...but I have heard mixed things.

We’re twins. Just installed my DB HD as well, getting the FrontRunner load bars mounted now to put my tent up there. Loving the cover so far. Will post pics once things are all together.
Nice! I can't wait to see what that looks like. I may do that in the future as well.

I dropped my truck off this morning for installation of the leveling kit - RC M1 monotubes (I'm not lowering the rear). The same shop is also installing wheels and tires. I'll have pictures either this afternoon or tomorrow.

Ok. So I just got off of the phone with RCI. If you call them, and tell them you have a Tremor, they will send the full skid plate package less the front plate and will include free cat guards. For the aluminum option, it will cost $767.37 plus shipping and for the steel options, it is $610 plus shipping. As an example, I purchase the steel option and with shipping it is costing me 696.24. Now I know how you guys feel spending other people's money...

I would like to get a final feel for adding a catch can or not. 2022 3.5L. Thoughts? anyone who has it experience any issues/advantages/disadvantages, etc ?
