Installed the Morimoto 3rd LED Brake Light. Like the light, but wish Morimoto had included the constant red lights, when the lights are on. The red only illuminates when you hit the brakes then blacks out. Of course I painted the screws black, hate when you have black mods and they send non black hardware.

Looks Good! Get that bed rug in that baby so things dont slide around. Also you can use it to sleep if your wife throws you out for buying to many mods.

Changed the oil. Isn’t this just such a breeze...? I swear, it’s like the engineers were having coffee around the conference table with a mandate from above saying “be sure to make it a pain in the ass for DIY folks, so they will break down in the shower crying and will just say F’it, I‘ll let the dealership just do it”.
I know, some of you guys might find this not so bad of a task, well, not this kid…. And if any of you can do it with just taking off that wicked lil’ trap door on the skid plate, well, you are Captain America in my eyes.

Man, I was really hoping Ford would improve this from the past generations. I just barely rolled over 700 miles on mine and I’m already dreading it. Might just give in, and let the dealership do it.

Yes, I want to always do full synthetic/Mobil. Just doing the oil change makes me want to try to slow down on the miles to stretch oil change intervals….

That link came back 404 not found. I went to Fumoto USA dot com and looked up by my truck model. That looks pretty handy. Which model were you recommending? The 360° one looks nice but the one with the longer nipple looks good too? Will have to check clearance with skid plates.

Either will work the one with long nipple to me is the easiest because you can connect tubing to it and never have to worry about a mess.

I can't remember where I found this (maybe the FB F-150 Group?), but I'm planning to buy this ValvoMax drain valve system. I like that it has a sealed cap in case the valve itself leaks.

Meaty! What size are those tires?

35X12.50R17. Slight rubbing sometimes when reversing. Keeping the crash bars, but will try to move them a little.

I spent some time over the weekend working on the rubbing. I was able to determine the rubbing wasn't happening on the crash bars, but instead on a small plastic piece. I was able to grab my lighter, melt it, and bend it slightly. Zero rubbing!

Picked this up off of FB. I have never had a reliable charge from the built in charger. Since I am a iPhone user the MagSafe is awesome. The cover just lifts out if you still want to put stuff in there or get to the USB ports,

Brought home my first Ford ever. Always been a GM guy but my last silverado had the transmission issues and GM wouldn't stand behind. Hoping this F150 lasts me a LONG time!
