My only real pet peeves is the shocks, Ford used fox on both the ranger and SD Tremors and the F150 got stuck with slightly upgraded Monroe's or whatever the hell brand these are.

My Pet Peeve is the material used on the inside of the doors of the 402A. It feels like it is sort like a smooth felt of fabric. This being an off road truck, I think the inside of the doors will be difficult to clean is it get dirt or mud on it.

How about the fact that no one can figure out what the "unique knuckles" are for the Tremor and how they they achieved the increased wheel travel that was advertised.

Its on my to do list. One evening when I get a chance I will look at one of our work trucks (XLT) and measure the knuckle and see if I can find a part number stamped on it. I'll post that info on the other thread I started on that topic and then someone can do the same on their Tremor since I am still months out from getting mine (no VIN yet).

If you have a jack, maybe get the tire off the ground and measure droop.

3 days with my new truck and just discovered my auto fold mirrors don’t work. I’ve turned it off and on a few times in the settings and nothing. They work fine when I press the button on the drivers door but they will not auto fold when I shut the truck off.

That could work. Thought was I would pull off a front tire and try to find parts numbers for the knuckle and UCA as well as take some measurements of the knuckle, like center of hub to top where the UCA connects.

There’s a setting in the menu now for that? Prev. gen trucks you had to enable that via Forscan, and then they fold when you lock the truck rather than just shut it off

Sorry yes. I meant droop measurements in addition to part numbers.

Really only two:
- mpg sucks. 15-16 stock and now 14-15 on 35s
- rear shocks are garbage and pretty lame given this is supposed to be an upgraded 4x4 package. Looking to replace soon with aftermarket

But love the truck and get tons of compliments

I am disappointed with the tailgate remote FOB not working to actuate the up/down. It should ALWAYS work, and not just when you first manually put the tailgate down with the button on the gate itself.

At least you don’t order a Platinum. They basically stripped those down to a Lariat this morning. Carmelo interior, max reclining seats, massaging seats, all no longer available.

Yep got a call from my dealer just to ensure I was aware of the changes to the platinum and that I would not be impacted in my build (I don't have park assist which he said would now stop a tremor). Just hoping I get my truck before they move down to stripping tremors. Hopefully all you May guys get yours built this month.
