Leveling Kit Question for First Time Poster

With all the positive feedback on the AS 2.5, I was hoping the extra .2" would be negligible. Also thought the weight of a bumper or swarfworks bracket and winch would compress the front a little.

Certainly no expert, I'm open to feedback. Bottom line, want to go off-roading with 34.5" tires.

The as2.5 was good, i didn't like it on the off-road though. I can tell you fox is pretty firm from what I see on not releasing a tremor kit, that's why I got the RC. They aren't noticably stiffer, i think they're well balanced. Haven't off-road yet, but I'm sure it's better than having the spacer. I like them overall so far.
Curious what rear shocks you paired with the RC front kit- Vertex 2.5? What about the V2 3.5” if somebody doesn’t want to spend $900 on the vertex?

As long as the extended length is around 30.5" and compressed is 17.8" it should work, however if I'm putting an adjustable vertex up front I would go with the same in the back, I'm still hoping Bilstein comes up with something providing a 1.5" lift up front, in my opinion 1.5-2 range would be optimum. Preferably adjustable so that you can make up for added weight from a winch and or rock sliders, which I'm currently trying to figure out fabrication for.

What ICON setup are you running and are you running OEM wheels/bigger tires? Sorry if you’ve already posted your rig in another forum!
The top end adjustable ones. Running both oem and 18x9 et20 305/70r18 G003s. Swapping the big tires, this weekend to check clearance

Ok guys, my appointment is on Tuesday for leveling kit. Should I go with 2" or 2 1/2", not a fan of the factory rake on it? Also I ordered the Husky rear wheel well liners, but do they make any for the front wheel wells?

I got the 2.5 and have no regret, but I don’t tow anything. I would have preferred a 3” IMO if that was an option. But I don’t mind the 1” ish rake with the 2.5

I agree, maybe a 1" rake would not be bad but the factory rake reminds me of the 80s when they jacked the rear of cars up!

I got a quote from a local Nashville shop that quoted me $450 for the Ready Lift 2” install (they won’t install AS), $205 for tires instal and balance (5 tires with the spare), and $112 for the alignment. It doesn’t seem terrible, what do you guys think??

Lastly, totally unrelated to leveling kits and if this is frowned upon in the forum please let me know, but what light bar options have people been using?? I know there’s been some discussion on the air dams or behind the grille but any success with these?

I called the local shop that leveled my last 2 pickups, they quoted $900 for the leveling kit, alignment and recalibrating the system (auto lights, adaptive cruise and lane change). Seems like a lot but these days the price of everything is higher. And I was told by my dealer that if the system is not recalibrated it could void my warranty. Have y'all heard of that?

Why will they not install AS? Or do they just only install parts they sell?

That is often the case, if they don't sell it or carry it they won't install it.

Just wanted to make sure there wasn’t something wrong with the AS spacers. Other than them being spacers.

The as is the only one that is really designed for the Tremor, meaning it has built in offset, the others are just standard f150 spacers, but as I said elsewhere I would spend another $150 or so and go with the RC or Eibach kit. Not a fan of the spacers myself. Of course that's just my opinion.

They're great. If you are going to articulate a lot though, don't get spacers. I didn't like taking them on an off-road trail, and even though I don't go often, when I do go i don't want to be worried about the spacers, or dealing with the squeaks and creaks after.

Doesnt seem bad, to me. Was that Brian's Motorsports?

@Cranbery and @FaKtor34 thanks for the feedback guys. I wouldn’t be satisfied with the Eibachs. I have BP-51s on my Tacoma and 4Runner so I want something similar(reservoirs I can adjust compression/rebound) for the Tremor. So AS 2” is just a stop gap so I can run the tires I want. Once I find what I want they will be replaced.

I keep emailing Bilstein, pushing for a legit 2" lift for the Tremor.
