Leveling Kit

Did you install the 1” rear blocks or keep stock blocks? Going the same route and wondering if I should buy the RC kit or just the struts.
I kept the rear the same and love the look. If you install the 1" blocks, you would have a larger rake.

That’s a great find and idea. The 5100’s have always been a good bang for the buck option.
That's what Halolifts started off doing they would use a Bilstein shock and an Eibach coil.

I have a 2.5” auto springs spacer level kit I would like to sell. Bought it & the 2” kit; ended up installing the 2” kit to keep a slight rake. It’s still in the box, never installed- $75 shipped.

Let me know if anyone is interested.

I've read through this thread four times now and still can't decide on AS 2.0 or 2.5 as a temporary rake solution until I know what I want to do for a full setup front and rear. What is the average net gains people are seeing with these? I'm right at 4" of rake stock, maybe a 1/16" under, looking to stay around 1.5" rake. I've seen many different net gains from both pucks on this thread, just trying to figure what will get me around 1.5" rake.

I have been contemplating similar things. I am going with the AS2.5. I do not tow and what I haul is less than 1000pounds. If I keep my truck several years, I will upgrade to coil-overs down the road. My last F150 and Jeep did the same thing. Simple level first, then as things wear out replace with coil overs or full lift ! I think either way you will be happy :)

If you are going AS 2.5” level & haven’t already bought it; decent deal a few posts up 😂

Haven't purchased anything yet, trying to figure out and buy by tomorrow afternoon so I can install with my dad next week. If I go with a 2.5 I might have to send it on that deal. How much rake did you retain with the 2"?

I put a 2" AS level on last week and there is a 1/2" rake now.

Only 1/2"??? That seems really low unless you didn't start with as much rake. Most people on here I'm seeing with the AS 2.5" are still retaining around an 1" minimum, using the AS 2" still retaining around 1.75" rake minimum. Only 1/2" rake left on a 2" would make me question things. What was your rake stock?

I haven’t measured it, but eyeball measurement says about an inch of rake remaining

My stock Rake was 3 7/8". The results on these spacers do vary some per vehicle is what I was told from Auto Spring. Things did settle some, I just went back and re measured and the rake is 11/16 now after 6 days being installed.

I wish I would have went with 1 1/2 looking back.

The results from these puck spacers is mind blowing. I've seen from your 1/2"ish rake all the way up to a little over 2" of rake retained from the AS 2.0. I don't understand how the differences can be that spread out. I get a 1/4" or so prior to settling, but to have around a 1.5" spread people are getting is crazy. That's why I've yet to buy anything because I've read so many different results for the same system people are using.

I'll measure from hub to fender Monday before and after install.

I will post before and after pics. Getting PPF(rocker panels ) and Ceramic coating later this week. I will be purchasing the AS2.5 later this month. If I still cannot get a reasonable place to install I will install it myself sometime in December.

I know it hasn't been talked about in a while but can anyone with the ROUGH Country strut kit confirm if the cv boot is at risk of rubbing when at full droop?

Also why would it not work with a truck that has blue cruise?

I believe the cameras need to be recalibrated from the increased height but we will see. I have blue cruise but haven't tried it yet, I will give it a shot after my 2 inch leveling kit is installed and report back.

I work with ADAS at Blue oval and can tell you that you might need calibration done. Most the time the dealer can do this with the FDRS tool and calibration doesn't need to be done unless the ride heights that are input into the ADAS module are within the range of the new set up. If new set up is more than what the old ride heights were then someone will need to input the new ride heights and run calibration.
