What's new

New ICON F150 3inch Suspension

they now have a bracket to mount the leveling sensors to the billet UCA's. nothing for the tubular that i can see.
Nice! +1 for this set if it turns out to give the tremors 2.5 then.

looks like the only new thing is the front coilovers. the rears are the same part number that has been out and only compatible with up to 1" of lift for standard trims. seems like we are still waiting on rears that support the tremor rear block size.

All of their stuff says not compatible with Tremor, both the headlight bracket and the UCA's. Has anyone installed these?
I’m not sure about the physical arms the angles might be ever so slightly different, but the bracket for the headlights is definitely the same and would work on a tremor.

Doesn't that bracket only work on their arms? Not trying to argue, just continuing to research options.

Their new Pro control arms don't say that they exclude Tremors, only that they won't work with Raptors.

Thanks, do you know if these work with the dynamic headlights? Doesn't say that is doesn't, but that is what peaked my interest on the previously shown bracket.

THe instructions for these UCAs show the dynamic headlight bracket... so i assume they're compatible.

It is designed for there arms but it could technically be welded on to another manufacturer’s arm. It looks like the arms that fit with the tremor are posted below!

Any reason why these would not work? Is there a difference in mounting on 2020 vs 2021+?

I have always wondered about the performance of these, I haven’t seen many people run them.

I had a set on my 04 4Runner and loved them.

For those focused on the icon uca, Icon makes good stuff, but the SPC uca is one of the best made and they are confirmed to work with our trucks. Also as far as I know on the tab for the dynamic lights their are a couple of other companies that produce them as well but the one above should work with the stock rod.

Shouldn't be a difference in how they mount, others have made older units available for the tremors, the only thing is the extended and compressed length because of extra travel. A friend has had a set of those, not on a Ford but they worked well and seemed to be very smooth.

Lol yeah but these came about for the raptor gen 2. Apparently they are supposed to be better than the factory shocks. I don't know for certain.

Sway a Way has been around a long time. You will often see the talked about as SAW. They were super popular in the 80’s and in the VW off road world. Then Lance KING through his hat in the ring. With his new valve stack and user rebuildable design he dominated the off road market and a lot of the smaller builders got left behind. They still do a ton off road stuff and a lot VW and Porsche stuff. But when you think off road, KING is still KING . Rumor is SAW builds the Vortex line of shocks for RC.

For you guys serious enough about off roading your Tremor to buy ICON’s. Why not spend the money and time and get custom made KING‘s? Or drop your rear block and forget about the “Tremor Factory Lift”. As long as you have the High Lock and Torsen why have steep CVs and short shocks?

Personal experience SAW's out perform icon for daily driver.
