Sweet truck even missing the vents

My new Tremor also came without the fender badges, and surprisingly Ford was not at all interested in making it right. I just found these, which include a Tremor version and seem the right price. Oops now I see it is just the light, and the badge is not part of the package. Bummer

Double check that those come with the vents and not just the lighting

I also bit the bullet and bought some Tremor badges off of eBay to swap out the “X” vents. Sadly I have absolutely zero confidence in Ford delivering these replacements timely. Another hit to the wallet; but I just couldn’t look at those cheap black vents

I had same problem on Tremor I just picked up a week ago and they didn’t tell me until after paperwork was signed and it was detailed. I ultimately told them there is no way I am waiting 6 months for them and they needed to sweeten deal or I was refusing delivery and ordering a ‘23. They ultimately gave me another $1,500 off and I found them online at another dealer and had them shipped to me for $560. To me the badging on the side is one of the things that really sets the Tremor apart.

Anyone having success demanding this from Ford? Just realized mine has the generic black vents. If Ford is agreeing to send them is it still a 6 month delay? That is crazy to me Ford would just stick those on and send it out.

Before i signed the paperwork on my truck I had my dealer agree (in writing) to order them and install them when they arrive. He hasn't given me a date though (Im sure ford hasn't given him one yet). With the way things are going at Ford it could take 6 months but i will get the proper badges (i can be quite annoying with daily phone calls).

It appears you can get them for ~$250, however it is unclear if they are actually in stock. ebay sells them for around $375. But i refuse to pay that, they agreed to send them to me and install them and it will happen.

After reading about how great these trucks are for months mine finally arrived and I have the whole weekend to install a garage worth of accessories all you guys have unknowingly talked me into purchasing. After 8+ months of waiting I was afraid I wouldn't be excited when it arrived but I am. Only bad thing is Ford installed a temporary vent/emblem "plug" due to shortages, the dealer says it may be up to 6 months for the actual part to arrive, but I would much rather have the truck minus a non-esential part than to have it sit in a lot somewhere. This is the first F-150 Tremor through this dealer and I got a kick out of watching a couple techs, the sales manager, and multiple customers check it out while the salesman was showing me all the sync and mode settings.

I got mine as well on Thursday and share every thought here. I was told that I was not going to have the tow assist package so it was a awesome surprise when it had it.

Tuesday I get the Linex applied, my bed cover arrives Sunday and my fold over center console is being inquired on and paid for with Ford pass points.

But sadly....no decals

They are not 3d printed but molded blanks. As this issues came to light a few months ago it would be easier to create a cheap mold and mass pushed out to get the trucks out

Congrats! I also just had the bed linex sprayed. What cover are you looking at?

I think I like the diamondback the best for my current use, (tools stored in front near cab, back of bed used for coverage storage). Cost being the biggest negative for the diamond back. Tool storage bin plus HD cover gets you to $3k.

I bought a pair of as new F150 Lariat vents off eBay that somebody pulled off probably to install the "Air Design" big vents. Got them for the starting bid of $50 including shipping. I then ordered a pair of the American flag emblems black with orange background from Ikonic badges to swap out the Lariat logo. The Air Design vents don't use the clips (3M tape only) and though adhesion promoter works great I would really rather not mar the paint.. Everybody seems to yank the fender vents off from the outside but it seems I can get to the inside and squeeze the clips by hand and push them right out. I could separate the vent portions off and Duracoat with metallic gold mixed with red and yellow until I got a Tremor orange match, but probably won't take it that far. Lol, at this point, it sounds like the 21s are unique in that they came whole. Not always working, but hole.

I’m still waiting on my 23 Tremor. I’m being told an ETA between 12/23-12/29. I came across this thread and read some are looking for the side vent badges. A seller on Etsy has some listed incase someone here is still looking for some and don’t want to wait.

I hit up Granger and they mentioned that Ford is handling it as a warranty item via your local dealer. I made an appointment with my dealer and am waiting to hear back on if they already have badges or will need to order for me.

My local dealer said they don't do it... the selling dealer (Granger) does lol--this was also a few weeks back. Will have to try again.
