Sweet truck even missing the vents

Ford Customer Support reached out today, they said one day, turned into two weeks but I'm sure the holidays put a wrench in that timeline. They reached out to my local dealer, who stated I should have received a letter in the mail to start the replacement process (I didn't).

Have a potential way forward to get the badges ordered and delivered now, we'll see how it plays out.
Still waiting to hear back from my local dealer. They said they ordered them, so when they come in I’ll have to make an appointment. I did receive the letter that Ford was referring to…Yesterday.

So are you saying we should reach out to ford customer support to expedite this?

Checked my last night, guess the letter did come yesterday--but it just says to reference the 22G05 program and has my VIN, it's beneficial if you have no idea where to start but the issue has been the dealers either not wanting to put in the effort, or not knowing how to process everything.

Yea that’s been my challenge. Every dealer is telling me a different thing. Ridiculous.

A dealer told me they put my order in, but said “national back order “. So no idea when they are coming in.

I also got the back order thing but “they ordered them”. I have no idea as of now when they’ll be in but when they are in “they’ll need a whole day to do it.”

Just curious. When did you purchase your truck?
Ordered end of January, was delivered end of November… also I just got a letter in the mail today that the badges were in (so that may be delayed for others as well since I already had mine replaced) probably worth staying on the dealer you bought from!

I also went the eBay route because I’m impatient and the dealer didn’t seem to be aware of the problem. Wasn’t cheap, though. 😔

How much did you spend on eBay? It’s hard to justify knowing eventually the part will come.
 
To be honest, way too much to admit. Supply and demand worked in the seller’s favor. 🙈
 
Finally got em, the dealer came out to the house to replace them too so that was nice. Looks so much better.

So these fender badges are the bane of my existence right now. I got my Tremor in November and I still have no badges!!!

I think the root of my problem is that there is no fender badge recall associated with my VIN.

Are they still nationally back order or not? My dealership keeps telling me they’re on order.

I’m beyond frustrated!!!!

Same here. Got mine in December. Got good news that they arrived only to be told that only 1 came. I called fire customer support and they seem to be escalating it for me and moving it a long.
 
I reached out to Ford Chat awhile ago, and they were able to eventually get the ball rolling. They even gave me free oil changes and tire rotations for 45K miles lol.

I don't believe there is a backorder for the badges either, maybe for ones yet to be built, but as all ours are matched to our VIN, I have to imagine they're already produced and sitting somewhere.

The problem I have, is that my vin isn’t associated to the badge recall.
