Still waiting to hear back from my local dealer. They said they ordered them, so when they come in I’ll have to make an appointment. I did receive the letter that Ford was referring to…Yesterday.Ford Customer Support reached out today, they said one day, turned into two weeks but I'm sure the holidays put a wrench in that timeline. They reached out to my local dealer, who stated I should have received a letter in the mail to start the replacement process (I didn't).
Have a potential way forward to get the badges ordered and delivered now, we'll see how it plays out.
