What's new

What are your pet peeves so far

Sound system is lackluster, never really complained about a factory setup but the unleashed isn’t very unleashed.

The bed camera is like 480p, might replace it someday.

When using the rear camera at speed it has a nice “full view not available” thus reducing the less than full view even more, and it’s right in the center of the screen lol.

Everything else is great so far, loving the truck. Hoping my side badges/vents get in soon ☹️
^ agree the B&O unleashed is not the best. My plan this month is to add a sub and sub-amp ( pulled from my last F150 ) the 10" box I have fits ( coming from a 2014 F150 supercab )
*I thought the all the cameras were pretty good, last f150 was nonexistent so I really have nothing to compare it too.

I am happy I was able to find a Tremor, alternative was going to order a lightning I have reserved.

Front/rear camera, 360 camera or both? Just wondering if it's an issue where Ford is sourcing less quality of a part in order to keep up? I have a 2020 Lariat and camera quality is decent for a backup camera. Anyone else noticing this? Although it's not likely to change anytime soon, I'm not happy about paying top dollar for missing functions and inferior parts.
I think they’re all pretty bad compared to our previous vehicles. They’re still usable and better than nothing. I’ve heard it’s a sourcing issue and went with a lower quality to deliver vehicles.

It goes in for first service on Monday and I have this as an item for them to address.
Warranty part, that they don't have and is on order, for the trailer turn signal control.

I asked them to check the trailer info/dash issue, but they didn't. I guess i'll go ahead and log a complete with the NHTSA since Ford still hasn't done anything on the issue, but I don't think that will actually do anything either.

Just got mine on Friday after 8 months. Peeves are that Ford gave me $50 for the auto start stop delete that would likely cost at least $1000 to replace and that a $70k truck doesn't come with a hard copy owners manual.

I have to agree with you there. I did a round trip to San Antonio and only got 13.9. Maybe I did go a little fast. I guess it is the price we pay to drive a Tremor!

Does anyone know how many Tremors were made in 2022?
I've been trying to find these numbers as well with no luck, id be curios as to the breakdown.

I set my tailgate on manual when I get back into its back on automatic.

Why would you put "FULL VIEW NOT AVAILABLE" and fill the screen even more with that useless info. I wish it was a 5 second warning and disappeared.

The only other real pet peeve I have is the shape of the hood. When raining/ snowing or generally wet and coming to a stop the water pours down the channels and wind picks it right back up spraying all over the windshield like you just sprayed the washer fluid.
Not the end of the world I know but generally annoying.

Hey maybe the hood vents ARE functional 🤣

I got home and notice no hard copy manual on mine as well. Called the sales guy next morning and told him I'm "that guy" who actually reads the manual so I need a hard copy. He ordered it that day and had it delivered to my home at no charge.

The owners manual piece drives me nuts!

Good call on hood. As it's been raining here for last few days I watch the water travel up and down that channel. I'm not sure how I feel about the fake vents. Annoying when washing with the amount of water and soap that gets stuck in there.

My mustang does the same thing with water on the hood, I make it a game to keep the water in a specific spot for as long as I can haha

Is anyone experiencing ride quality issues? I’ve picked up an annoying vibration at ~ 500 miles. Feels like rear passenger tire is really out of balance.

I want to put the tailgate on manual for the winter but every time I turn on the manual tail gate on and I restart the truck back up again it returns back to power. Is anyone have the same problem? Is this how it is set?

Front passenger window wont go up and stay close if I use the "double click " auto window up or if I hold the switch until the window goes up, it opens the window back up to half way (truck only has 850 miles on it). The only way I can close the window is to auto close it until it reaches damn near the top and quickly hit the open on the switch once. I've checked for debris and anything that could be obstructing the window and nothing.

Try this

I've notice pedal vibration at or above roughly 60 mph, but I also notice that its not consistent, almost like the road surface is the culprit in a weird way. Its enough to annoy the shit out of me.

I just went out and tried that, it works to keep the window closed and not come back down, but I have to hold the switch when it gers close to the top every time unfortunately. Ill give it another go after work, hopefully it'll take. I really dont want to have to bring it in after waiting for the truck for so long.
