What are your pet peeves so far

I've notice pedal vibration at or above roughly 60 mph, but I also notice that its not consistent, almost like the road surface is the culprit in a weird way. Its enough to annoy the shit out of me.
I'm taking mine in tomorrow (22 with 2800mi) What i'm experiencing seems like a torque converter issue but I'm not sure. Main issue is I have a vibration when coming to a stop all the time when trans is warm. (put it in neutral, doesn't do it) Then right around 50mph I start feeling a harmonic vibration in the pedal and wheel till I get to higher speeds it seems to fade with road noise etc.... By harmonic I mean that.......it is lighter, heavier, lighter and back and fourth and you can hear it audibly. But it just keeps doing that from about 50mph up to higher speeds like 70 or more and then I can't tell. I'll let you know what they say on this ok! I also am going to have them balance my tires but I'm 100% sure its not the tires the frequency is too quick. I am going to see if they have a vibration analyzer I would like them to test a few spots to see if it's heavier versus lighter in one place or another. Thinking on the trans, rear diff, front diff etc...to see results. I also feel like it could be a driveshaft balance issue as well as I have experienced this in older vehicles. Let you know!

The seal on the rear window around the slider is wrinkled with (2) >1" long gaps on the vertical and will let water in. Tech advisor suggests I let the FL sun do it's thing for a while and see if it smooths out which makes sense. They cannot change the seal, it can only be changed by replacing the entire rear window. I expect I will be changing the window under warranty. Seems silly that the seal cannot be changed out. That window seems useless anyway short of clearing farts out of the cab.

If you want that authentic pre runner interior look you can open it at speed and cover everything with dust

I didn't read through the entire thread, so don't know if already noted as a peeve, but I left my Tremor at the airport for a week and it snowed, thawed and snowed again. When I got back to the truck, the windshield wipers were encased in a glacier and could not move. It took me 45 minutes to chisel the ice out of the damn pockets Ford created for the water to collect.

Having only on the truck one week but already putting 800 miles on it my first pet peeve is that the rear windows are not auto up or auto down. I will look at modifying the switches. My second peeve is the fact that you have to reset your driving mode if you turn off the engine. I know I probably shouldn’t but I seem to be using sport the most
Feel the same way about both!

Does anyone here know if Forscan could be used to set up driving modes ? If you prefer "sport" 2WD or 4WD to just stay on ?

My pet peeve is the squeak I have when I press the gas pedal. The next is selecting the hvac blend. Push a button and then select on the screen. Other than that… I need more time.

I hang my keys on my belt loop (anybody else?). So, they go where I go. I can't tell you how many times I will start the truck and then need to get out to do something. I wish I could turn off the horn "toot toot" to let me know that the key is not in the truck. I KNOW THE KEY IS NOT IN THE TRUCK! Why can't I turn off this notification?? Super annoying.

Forscan will solve your problem!

I personaly don‘t know, but just look for it on this forum.

There is an entire thread on here about Forscan and how to do it.

Teach me The Ways!
Super easy, read the thread in forscan and disable “double honk” … pretty sure that’s what it’s called. One of my favorite mods, it always waited until I was directly in front of the horn!

Haven’t seen this mentioned, but took a cruise up and down the river levee the other day. It’s been dry here, so plenty of dust as expected. When I got home, it was hard to see out the back window and realized that the recessed sliding rear window collects dust like a mother!!

A cab spoiler will probably help.

Same design of back slider on my old 2016, never had an issue with dust collecting there. Maybe there is some sort of residue that is attracting the dust? Give it a good cleaning and see if it happens again.

149 miles in. My biggest pet peeve is I can't figure out why the heated seats are off when using remote start (yes i have the remote start auto setting set to on) and why when I get in and hit the button the heated seats turn on level 3. I have set up a profile and set the memory with the button on the door.

There is a remote start setting ( auto or previous ). I have different issues, seats and steering wheel go on!, so does the rear-defrost( which I never need on )
