What are your pet peeves so far

Do you have to lift that out to get access to the bottom?
Yes ~ it covers the whole top and you have to pull out to access bottom. For me I have more temporary thing that I would like more storage on top and any bigger items which I done use that much stay in the bottom. It does fit like a glove and a great option for those wanting more up top rather than digging through the bottom to find smaller items.

I find the contrast on the NAV screen to be too light. The icons and some text are so small and light, they're difficult to read. I have to lean way over to see what station I have playing. Doesn't seem much better weather day or night setting. I've seen the Sync 4a and it's a deeper blue and seems much easier to see. Unless I'm missing something, not possible to get this setting on Sync 4.

1. Phone ring is as said above "crazy loud". I don't get it. No way to tone it down.

Does the volume lower if you adjust while it's ringing? That works when you want to raise or lower the voice on navigation prompts. Never tried it on the phone ringer.

It's probably been said and I say it on just about every post I make on this forum, but the fact that after taxes I'm paying $80K for a luxury package (402a) truck, for the latest model year offered, and Ford has the audacity to delete the heated steering wheel, their latest driving technology (blue cruise), and lighting options that my '18 Lariat had (cupholders, media tray, glove compartment) and from all of that I get a whopping $140 credit... that just irks me every time I sit my boney butt in my seat and grasp my cold, dead steering wheel.

And I know the parts are out there now to add the HSW and lights, but I'm certainly not going to trust myself to do it, and I'm not sure Ford dealerships are even offering to do it yet? But even if they are, the cost for the parts and their labor to put these options in that should obviously have been in the truck in the first place would be just a little bit higher than the $140 Ford so graciously took off of my big price tag.

I guess aside from those obvious pains from anyone driving a MY23, just to throw out something different, I was kinda hoping for more on the instrument cluster. I don't really know what, but it doesn't show a whole lot more than my '18 did. I don't even know what I was expecting or know what could be added, but I thought there'd be some more tech/info/options there. But not really mad about that at all.

But yeah, other than that, I do really love the truck haha.

I'm coming form a 2013 FX4 so I am still in the wholly shit phase. Agree that the HSW would be nice. Got the wife a 2023 Exploder ST and that is a nice feature for sure.

Some more little pet peeves, which is probably more in line with the definition of pet peeves (as opposed to the legit complaints of deletions on MY23), is more to do with the instrument cluster. If I have it set to Driver Assistance, every time I start the truck up or change a driving mode, it brings up the menu screen instead of going straight to DA screen. If I have it set in any other screen, it doesn't do that, it will go straight to whatever screen I had it on. I also don't like how the navigation doesn't pop up as I'm approaching a turn while in Driver Assistance. It does for every other screen, but not Driver Assistance. I can kinda get them wanting to keep Driver Assistance on the screen, but just pop it down below the speedometer like it does any time a warning comes up (ex. keep hands on the wheel). It also irks me that Fuel Economy is the only screen that doesn't remove the title from its screen. Fuel Economy stays at the top and doesn't disappear. All the other screens (aside from Trip 1 and Trip 2, which I kind of understand) disappear once you leave it on that screen.

And from my previous post, about wanting/expecting more from the instrument cluster but not really knowing what, I thought maybe there'd be more of a Navigation option/view and an audio information screen (not just the little tiny box at the bottom that all you can see is like the first four words), and maybe options to slightly change the way it looks (I think GMC and the latest RAM's have some variety if I'm not mistaken).

Again, nothing major at all, but just some little things.

The ventilated seats barely put out any air. My buddies Expedition has actual airflow but my seats just get kind of cool with a trickle of air.

You know what, I used mine for the first time on Wednesday. I’m in SWPA and this time of year our weather is always very sporadic. Today the high is 50. Wednesday the high was 80. So I finally had a chance to use them, and that is definitely a thought I had. I had ventilated seats in my ‘18 Lariat and you could feel the those things working nicely. I felt underwhelmed on Wednesday, but I also had windows down and not the AC on so I thought maybe I was hot from the outside air and not really letting them work properly. I’ll have to check them out a few more times but I definitely felt like they weren’t as good as my old truck.

Come to think of it, I have yet to test out my AC to make sure everything is okay with that haha.

Okay scratch that. Just tested the ventilated seats on my way home from work and they worked just fine.

Years ago, the seats used to actually cool. I had an 07 MKX and they got very cold after being on a while. Ford called them cooled seats then, but sometime after 07 changed the wording from cooled to ventilated. None have worked anywhere near as well as they did in 07.

I have a 2023 402A.
1. B&O Unleashed is mediocre at best. Super disappointed with it.
2. Lane keep assist requiring steering wheel torque to operate instead of sensor. This is annoying and makes it mostly useless for me. It requires more work than if I just drive normally in "manual" mode.
3. The headlight indicators on my productivity screen intermittently disappear.
4. During the winter (in Canada) the front and rear sensors become obstructed a lot (especially noticeable after a carwash and water freezes on them). The non stop warnings are annoying and continue even after acknowledging them. This isn't a Tremor specific thing, and happens with most vehicles as I understand it. Still annoying.
5. Fuel efficiency - at about 5000km, it's worse than I was expecting.
