What are your pet peeves so far

I have not had (knock on wood) the turn signal lever issue. - Rob

I get a rubbing/vibration by the front drivers window/door gasket near my ear. Passenger side fog light isn't aimed properly. Ford Pass app keeps getting worse, showing fuel distance to empty as a percentage and cannot view extended warranty information any more. My 2014 Tremor FX2 seats were more comfortable. Airflow on drivers side vent and rear vents is not sufficient.

Who the heck thought it was a good idea to have a vehicle measure fuel in percentage rather than miles? Why would they change that

I'm still finding my way around the truck (only had it for a week). Minor gripes:
1) No homelink on 401A – looks like Ford saved $ not running wires to the visors since the vanity mirrors aren't lit either
2) No de-mister function on the wipers, and no infinite adjustment for intermittent wiper.
3) Wish the driver-side rear seat flipped forward for additional storage similar to the passenger side to access the jack

Agree with the homelink. I have not had a garage opener in my vehicle for 20 years. I have a 401A also and missing the automatic wipers and automatic windows on the rears are also pet peeves. I had a 2016 mid grade Fusion that had all of that. Still love the truck though!

Infinite adjustment for intermittent wipers?
Drivers side rear seat flipped forward like the passenger side?
As far as I know, these two features have never been on the F150.

Built right sells a latch for the rear drivers seat. Not a lot of room with 402 a as the sub is in the spot

Yes, I’m aware of said device.
I was merely taking about said features not being standard or even offered on the F150 from the factory.

Just picked up a new to me with 8,000 miles 402A Tremor and the driver side door or A pillar rattles around 20-30 mph but goes away at higher speeds. Very frustrating.

Congrats on your TREMOR PURCHASE and welcome to the club and forum.

I doubt that you A pillar is rattling because that would severely compromise the rigidity of the cabin structure not to mention your door would be crooked, your windshield would leak and maybe even crack.
With that being said, more than likely an interior panel on or close to A pillar is rattling or a panel on the dash itself.
The reason that you’re hearing it at a specific speed is do to the frequency that the panel is picking up at said speed and that causes it to vibrate.

Did you run any type of CARFAX or similar report on the vehicle before purchasing it?

Yes, carfax was extremely clean with all maintenance done at the dealership the old owner bought from same as I bought from. It is probably just the plastic on the door that I will have to fiddle with. Just a minor annoyance really.

The reverse brake disabled screen every time i start the truck and back up. Just annoying that the truck has to tell me this feature is turned off every time.

I would really love to know if my cooled seats work correctly. I hear a lot of blowing but not much air from the seat. Does not seem to be any difference in airflow from high to low fan (seat fan). I have heard others say theirs is also very weak, and some that say it blows strong... i get a slight breeze from the base of the seat.
Anyone get good airflow ?
I get decent airflow. I don't know that it's supposed to be a lot but it sounds like a good amount of air is moving.

Same. Really need a fix, I double sided taped the rubber on the B pillar to the trim piece but still makes noise. I also have the rain deflectors installed, and now my window won't stay up when I put it up. Very annoying

There is a TSB (SSM 52074) for the window bounce-back issue. The TSB instructs the dealer on how to download an update to the front window control module(s) that changes the sensitivity level. However, I don't know if it would be enough to account for the extra resistance created by the addition of rain deflectors. I had it done on my '23 back on 12/3/24 and so far it seems to have fixed my problem but I don't have rain deflectors. I probably won't know for sure though until warmer weather returns since my problem seemed to be worse when the outside temp was above 60°F. I assume warmer temps cause the rubber seals to expand which increases the amount of resistance in the window tracks.
