Yeah....that's what it says. Many people on here have had this discussion. Iirc the only way it would interfere with it would be if it stuck out past the camera/obstructed it's view. Some people have also put flares on that are much larger and stick out further. @Yeti I believe has done just this and says they make no difference to our 360 camera view. It seems to be a default claim some manufacturers have made to avoid complaints.
What I found is a camera interference with the tires sticking out. I imagine the same issues will happen with fender flares

This is what I was referring to in my post above, but @Yeti and his tire issues make me hesitant to believe that in its entirety...unless that man just has some crazy beefy tires I'm not tracking. Either way, I would like to know how detrimental this shadow is as I've never seen it shown.
