Halolifts Coilover - Group Buy Info in First Post!

Did you get the LCA cam nuts?
Yessir. Seemed pretty straightforward on the install. I installed them so that the bolt was in the position I marked before removing them (as opposed to how the instructions say of putting the bolt furthest inboard).

Just curious if anyone has heard of an upcoming Black Friday sale on the halo mountain package? The tremor10 discount code is no longer recognized on the site or at least when I tried it last night.

Watch the video I posted about halo lifts and Tremor trails gives a code that works the same.

Got it all dialed in and aligned and such.
I’m at 1-7/8” to 1-15/16” lift over stock. 24-5/8” from hub to fender.
No issues getting alignment in spec with the UCA’s and lower cam bolt kit.
I am dialed out/down on the coilovers ALMOST all the way - about 1 thread showing or 1/16” or so above the adjustment ring.
It seems so crazy to me to think how these are supposedly set at 2.5” of lift when shipped and I spun the coil over down about 2 inches or so and still got nearly 2” of lift over stock. Thanks @Bannerman for blazing the trail for this amount of lift. I’d have never started that low.
Truck rides great. I’d say it’s more ‘sensitive’ or precise - you can feel more little bumps, expansion joints, etc but it’s not firm or jarring. The bigger difference is in bigger suspension events - big bumps, cross axle bumps/dips, and braking events. It seems more compliant and more controlled. There’s almost no brake dive now.
Can’t wait to get it on some trails and try it out.

Nice man!

It’ll sit level when you tow now too, I think this is the perfect setup.

Do you still have some rake left?

Hey everyone!
First off, Happy Thanksgiving! Secondly we apologize if anyone tried to use the tremor10 code and it wasn’t working. We just launched our new website and not everything got moved over as we hoped it would.
We are currently running our Black Friday sale starting today and it’s good through November 30th. Code is blackfriday2022 at checkout. Code is good for 15% off all of our Aluma products.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks all and please be safe out there!

I'm debating between Fox front and rear and the complete Halo kit. Is there still an active 10-15% promo to use for the year end?

I too am debating between these two options. Tremor Trails did a YouTube video and has a discount code of: Tremortrails10 Not sure if it’s still a valid 10% off code but worth a try. I’m still waiting on my23 to arrive.

If you watch the tremor trails video I posted he gives a code that works anytime for that discount, plus if you call and talk to him and let him know you found out about it off here he should give you the discount regardless. Personally I like this kit, I would and will probably go with the 2.5 myself which is the elka kit he sales.

The 2.0 is made by Elka as well. Prob don't need 2.5 unless you are out West, just in case you want to save some dollhairs.

Hello there!
Yes you can use tremor10 at checkout to receive 10% off your order. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Hello all!

Thanks for bringing this issue up! Looks like you are correct and it got missed when we switched over to our new website. tremor10 is now fixed to 10% off.

Sorry for all of the confusion.

Please let me know if you come across any other issues.

Thanks,
Kevin

Looks like both the coupon codes have expired.

I have my full Halo kit on order! Debating if i'll do it or have a friend that has a truck lift shop do it. Just to clarify and to quiz my friend what's the consensus on torqueing the upper and lowers? I thought I read to hand tighten everything then with the wheels back on and lowered to the ground torque the bolts. Is there room to get in there to do this after? Some people reported higher lifts due to torquing at full droop.
