What are your pet peeves so far

Biggest pet peeve: that no one thought this truck would sell a lot so the aftermarket parts (exhaust, suspension, etc) are non existent. Meanwhile I could basically build an entire bronco out of aftermarket parts before it was even out.

May have been mentioned, but at 308 miles the rubber piece between the hood/windshield is bulging by the antenna. I’ve read this is due to wind drag on the antenna at highway speeds but that’s ridiculous even if true.

Yes the shocks are unexcusable, the tires while not E rated are better than you think, I have put mine thru hell and so far they have held up, honestly I am shocked. Yes they went with standard load tires for a reason, a) less weight, which leads to better performance, and better gas mileage, b) because it was cheaper for them to do so and helped to keep the cost down, c) because they know most people will change to a tire they prefer.

The shocks though damnit why on earth would they do a fox shock on every other Tremor but not do it on the F150? The only explanation I have is they honestly didn't think the truck would sell as well as it did. Between the Tremor and the Maverick Ford got caught with their pants down and have been trying to catch up since.
Or because they knew it would sell and knew they’d make more money without fox shocks.

Just an FYI. My truck has the same bulge by the antenna. I tried to force it back down when the rubber piece was warm, but it popped back up. I have 5,500 miles on my Tremor so far. The bulge has not gotten worse (thankfully).
I had already swapped out the antenna with a smaller option, but did not affect the bulge - no surprise there (LOL).....

How long did yours take to bulge? I threw threw a Stubby on there right after I picked it up from the dealership. Drove about 430 miles of highway and interstate the next day and don't have any bulging.

No owners manual zippered case for the supplemental books. I get that the main manual is digital but at least give me something to organize the rest.
All I got was a ziplock baggie!

The bulge was there on day one. It has become less noticeable, as I have been pushing it down when the material is warm/hot. I think that it may be forming around my stubby antenna or I have just got use to it. The driver side is perfect - most likely as there is no antenna on that side.

A year ago, you couldn't get much for a Bronco either. The biggest thing there is the amount of sales. I doubt Tremor will ever get close to Bronco level sales. I think that if it doesn't fit a regular F-150, you won't see too many options come along. I'd sure like to know how many Tremors have been sold and if sales are up or down.

Hey, Ive found that the re-circulating can be kept ON if you dont use the auto air function.
At least it was this way in my 2013 Fusion.
It took me 10 years to figure out why it kept turning off, but when I ran it in manual mode I noticed it would stop turning off.

Give that a try and let me know if it works the same in the F150.

Kind of agree about the B&O. It sounds "OK", but the bass isnt what I had hoped. I think Im gonna run some after market bass at least.
On my 401a I have a few issues, I have approximately 2,000 miles so I need to schedule a visit to the dealer soon. I have a Speaker rattle in the right front door from bass, left front door is OK but I heard a rattling there while going over some rough roads. Some rattling in the rear area of the car lift jack. Wish the rake wasn’t as bad, would have liked a 2” front factory lift instead of 1.5” over the regular F150. I’m very happy with the stock suspension, I’m afraid of changing the factory ride. I’m likely going to wait a long time until a Tremor specific 2” - 2.5” max Fox, Icon or King comes out, something that improves greatly over stock suspension but still has that pillow float the Raptor has.

Purchased a 2022 402a this weekend which came into stock at local dealer (moved on from my order placed first week of January - no vin yet like many others). Overall impressed with the truck.

When I got home noticed front drivers side wheel well a few of the plumbing/wiring harness lines are visible, one in orange wrap stands out. Seems like it's missing a wheel liner but might be normal. Any pictures or feedback to compare would be appreciated.

Long time reader, first post as new owner. Thanks.

You are missing a wheel liner on the front! Not sure why but it is missing. Unless it has blue cruise and that could be the orange wire because mine does not look like that.

Thanks! Does have Bluecruise, Torsen, 2kw, moonroof, unleashed.

Any picture of the liner in place would be a big help.

Orange loom has the 120v in it. It's even orange with the 400W inverter if you look under your truck. Runs all the way to the plug in then bed.

Hmmm mine isn't visible and I have the 2k.

I can see mine, its starts off a large bundle in Orange. then goes to black when it gets outside the frame. it looses wires along the way back and by the plug it's has black and orange tape on it at the plug in the bed. Maybe they where out of black or orange depending on the day it was made. All the PowerBoost wires I have seen are the orange. Figure this is to label the high voltage don't cut you idiot.

My biggest pet peeve is that when I get off a phone call, the dash cluster doesn't go back to where it was when I started the phone call.
mine is that we the options for that center area has some crappy options. i saw where the 2022 Bronco (maybe '23 raptor bronco) has a cool "gauges" display you can use. it shows engine and trans temps, boost, oil pressure. but i have to use the damn off road status one because i hate being reminded of how bad my gas mileage and economy stats are!

Makes sense, maybe mine is just tucked away better or just wrapped.
